    Butland - Henessey
    VD - Dawson - Dann - Simpson - Akke
    Ozil - Firmino - Mahrez - Antonio - Stanislas
    Ighalo - Aguero - Kane

    Due to blank possibility in GW30, better to do:
    A) Henessey -> Forster
    B) Akke -> Fonte
    C) Ighalo -> Vardy
    D) Others

    Evening guys. I've got a bit of a plan for the next two weeks. How does this look:

    Butland Hennessey
    Bellerin Simpson Rose Moreno Williams
    Payet Mahrez Ozil Arnautovic Eriksen
    Aguero Kane Lukaku

    2FT 0.7itb

    GW26: Rose ➡ Azpilicueta
    Gw27: Moreno + Williams ➡ Fonte + Borthwick-Johnson

    I fancy keeping Lukaku beyond the blank so will play 4-5-1 in GW27. Thoughts?

      It really depends if Everton have a blank in GW30 or not. If they do, I don't think there's any point in keeping Lukaku with blanks in GW27 and GW30.

      Rose to Azpilicueta sounds good this week with Newcastle coming at Chelsea with a terrible away record.

        Villa in GW28 is good reason enough to hold on to him imo.

          Villa have tightened at the back though, conceded 3 goals in last 5. Although I do expect Everton to score, I think the upside of Vardy having Norwich in GW27 and Newcastle at home in 30 is too good to ignore over Lukaku if he blanks GW30 too

            Well if he blanks in GW30 then I'll be able to get rid before then. GW27 is just one game after all. But thanks for pointing that out

    Where would you use a FT with GW30 in mind?

    de Gea Hennessey
    van Dijk Bellerín Moreno Francis Simpson
    Payet Alli Mahrez Stanislas Özil
    Lukaku Kane Agüero

    2 FT, £3.5m in the bank.

      You could ditch Moreno and get a Stoke defender . Excellent fixtures and no blank . That looks fairly obvious to me . I would say keep Payet mostly because none of the players who do not blanks in gw 30 stand out as great options and I am not sure ditching him for someone who potentially has a blank is the best idea. I would save the other . No rush to ditch either keeper you could easily have a keeper if the cup fixtures go your way

    Imagine a serious fixture pile up with replays and stuff for City.

    Gameweek 37 a triple GW with City playing Arsenal, Norwich, Newcastle. What a sight that would be. Easiest triple captain of the century.

        Pile up would be just for City though. So only City, Norwich and Newcastle affected. I don't see the point of bench boosting that. Just play them all. 3+3+3=9

              Probably Ward, but a tall centre back just scored twice at the Etihad and Toby is one of the most threatening...

            So if you can't use your Bench Boost Chip the same week that you Wildcard, is there merit in Wilcarding the week before the DGW 34 with all the right players and hope they all get involved in GW33?

              Yeah I think there is. Keep in mind though that some teams that have a DGW in 34 might have a blank in the following week (35). But I am planning a WC around that period only (31 to 33).

              GW35 is the trickier one with blanks. GW34 is hoping for no injuries in 33 or else you burn your FT.

                  My friends think "soccer" is the most boring sport on TV. While I totally disagree, you'd be amazed at the equal and opposite view here in the US of the two football sports.

              You get very used to it. Each play is a game within a game. (American here). Football in the USA is like gladiator chess, and the breaks between plays are just the way it is played. I love this sport, and global football. You can have it all.

            A - Aguero (TOT)
            B - Kane (mci)
            C - Vardy (ars)
            D - Mahrez (ars)

            F - Payet (nor)
            G - Ozil (LEI)
