It's Sanchez vs Aguero for me in the captaincy. Sanchez has the better fixture but Aguero has an extra day to recover. If Sanchez were rested tonight it would make the decision a whole lot easier

Have to find a way to bring in De Bruyne in a couole of weeks, the big nipumbers show he looks much better thsn Sterling whoseems to be tsiling off a bit. Another blank by Sanchez could make it a tempting swap, keeping Walcott as the Arsenal coverage

Yeah depends on how Sanchez looks. Could also downgrade Aguero to any other in form striker on pens and with good fixtures.

Crikey. Could be just the motivation he needs to start banging them in again.

Although it's a bit weird when you start to doubt whether to captain him just in case City get a penalty.

It is strange. Hard to believe he would rest anyone for this match so obviously Aguero either dropped or does not fit the tactics wanted

I'd guess the reasoning is similar to Sturridge at Liverpool. Doesn't do enough defensively for a game against Barca.

    A) Lose Aguero and upgrade Sterling to KDB

    B) Lose Sanchez for KDB. Change Sterling to Ozil and keep Aguero.

    B sounds interesting, isn't it?

If anything this shows aguero isn't guaranteed a start

Pep will choose his team based on the opponent. The days of aguero being that main man maybe over. I honestly think pep prefers kdb and sterling and those are his favourites

Well...crap. I went from having too many players on the bench and nowhere to put them to potentially not having enough. So what do I do here?

    Semper (Oblak coming in)
    Fuchs (5) - Dani Alves (6) - Coates (1) - Guerreiro
    Saul - Iwobi - Mahrez (8) - Otavio (5)
    Ronaldo (14) - Aguero

    Bench: Grimaldo, Kimmich, Suarez.

I definitely need a replacement for Guerreiro. Iwobi is on the bench. Aguero too. Assuming all of my bench are named as starters, is there a point in hoping either Iwobi or Aguero come good off their respective benches or should I just do Aguero > Suarez, Guerreiro > Grimaldo and Iwobi > Kimmich? And what of Ronaldo? Stick with (c) or pin it on Suarez, Kimmich or Saul and hope for the best?
