The time has come to roll out our regular post-Gameweek members’ article and check up on some of the stand-out performers across the most recent round of fixtures.
Much of our focus turns to midfield, where Arsenal, Man City and Everton’s big hitters finally hint at the form of last season.
West Ham and Newcastle’s budget strikers also catch the eye, while defenders from Man City and Bournemouth shrug off slow starts to make significant bids for our attention.
Odd one but which of these two selections:

2) Luiz, Salah, Doucoure, Jesus

2, but with Salah down to Coutinho and Doucoure to RLC, which would, I think, give you enough cash to do Luiz to Alonso

If that helps at all. Hazard is a risk but it could pay off if he explodes.

Seems I'm a maverick this year, as it stands I've got;

upfront atm, there's more cheaper mid options that will get more points than cheap strikers so gives a better point balance
that being said, the likes of Eriksen/Alli/Salah/Mane/Hazard/KDB will doubtless get plenty of points over the course of the season, just seems to be a few more points in the strikers at the moment
more bps per goal for attackers - if they get a brace they are basically guaranteed 2 or 3 bonus points

I'm set on doing A as soon as I know Hazard comes through the Internationals but tempted by B also as I'm convinced Jesus will score more than Lukaku this GW, and for the next 3 after that. C would make my team very tasty but not sure at the expense of -8. By way of context, I have had two 80 point scores on the trot and have an OR of 174,000

lukaku is bad value for what he offers. he wont get double digits which is what you expect when you pay that much. Put Lacazette,Vardy, Joselu or even Batshuayi for the short term and you will improve the rest of your squad drastically
Yh could be but Lukaku is too consistent to ignore now. And oh he has Liv (poor defence) and Huddersfield up next. I may only reassess afterwards

Those Lacazette away stats are a bit misleading. One of the fixtures was against Chelsea, Against Liverpool he only played for 28 minutes, and against Stoke he was denied a perfectly good goal.

He's an average player to be honest. The worst striker in the top 6.
I say give him a chance to prove himself. Arsenal has been rotten which affects him. An in form Alexis + ozil could be just the thing he needs in order to get more goals..
At least Arsenal finally have a good penalty taker apart from Giroud.
I agree, the amount of excitement he created on here when Arsenal signed him, and I maintain still that he isn't that much superior to Welbeck.

240 pound sitting on our mini league, 7 from 11 have used their free hit already, i think it will come in handy towards the end of the season, hopefully a small 3,4 or 5 game gameweek pops up

You do realise that in a small gameweek, you and everyone that pays attention will have the same key players?
It won't be much of an advantage unless the people you play against go into hibernation for a week and forget about their teams.

Obvious move is A, but currently leaning against C because of captaincy.
Want Kane for captaincy (wouldnt worry about the -4 due to this), but dont necessarily want triple Spurs. Lukaku could go for the next 4 (would probably not give him the armband in at least 3 of those), but would want him back after that so hesitating to get rid.

Alli close to a drop, he's probably getting the chop from my team as i likely need to replace Morata (with Kane), but sensible thing is to wait, take the drop, and let the injuries of IB reveal themselves first?
Do we think Morata talking about targeting return for Palace is just talk, any confidence that he'll be back after IB?
Even if he would be able to play I don't think Conte would take a risk since Chelsea should be able to win Palace easily without Morata. So personally don't think Morata will play.

i would keep him, but as i need to replace Morata and don't have Kane, the logical thing for me seems to take a -4, and downgrade Alli to fund Morata > Kane

Hi All, long time lurker (first time poster). Having a lot of troubles on my wildcard so figured i'd bring it to you guys for help.

b) Coutinho, Silva and Van Dijk
currently have B but with Morata probably out and chelsea's schedule.. i like hazard as a differential. I'm 6th in my 40 person mini league (winner gets 5k). This is a big decision for me. Appreciate the help!
