Restored to a five-strong squad, this week’s ScoutCast is still resonating from the shock of Man City’s seven-slice goal pie, served up by Pep at the expense of Stoke City.

That avalanche of goals and points fell into the laps of two of the ScoutCast crew, as Jonty and Andy bask in their post-Pep Wildcard success.

Others weren’t so fortunate, as we tell the tale of an unfortunate 11-point refresh and Az’s 32-point Gameweek misery that has since sparked his own Wildcard activity.

City dominate the community questions driving this 90-minute episode, while we also revisit the Harry Kane debate, fuelled by his latest Wembley misfire.

    ARS assets could be great this season if the team wasn't a bit meh! No CL with Wenger fielding almost a reserve team in the Europa League. Bellerin is in my team but I've sold Ramsey and other assets don't really interest me. Sanchez too expensive to punt on, Ozil playing about as well as Klassen!
    Oh and Koeman, dear of dear, put the mortgage on him for next EPL manager sacked!

    Oki earlier I got a no and one other rude comment.
    I wanna do Salah to Hazard reason being I can't play him against my team as it goes against the shirt. I don't have good bench. So was gonna take out Davies to Moreno for next 5 games to fund it. As I see Davies not starting against Liverpool. I reckon Poch will play Trippier and rose. Poch give Davies a rest and play him for league cup.

    So I will ask my question again worth doing Salah to Hazard Davies to Moreno? Then following week I can get Salah for Silva and Lukaku to Aguero/Firmino.

      He plays Huddersfield so it's the obvious pick on paper. I'm tempted by Sterling (once I get him), but it would be overthinking to go with anyone other than Lukaku.

      I don't have him, but I think he'd be my pick if I did. I think Huddersfield are going to hemorrhage goals to better teams this year. They don't park the bus like other more pragmatic teams do.

          Yeah, maybe the beating they took from Spurs will make them more cautious, but they've been pretty committed to pressing high from what I've seen.

            After what Spurs did to them in that first half, I fully expect them to park a giant bus against United - like they did the second half against Spurs to avoid further humiliation. They learned their lesson about tugging on Superman's cape. I'm not saying United won't score, but I don't expect Huddersfield to press much.

          Only made 6 changes and I have brought some players in and then sold them again due to injury etc.The others have either performed or I've kept the faith they will do better. I have just realised too, it is 10 players, not 11.

            ive always been a player who always make at least 1 transfer every week. it hasnt been the best of strategy... im trying to keep faith with my team and only transfer when is really needed.

              This year I am making a concerted effort to not take hits and also trying to not knee jerk and have 2FT in the bank whenever possible (like I have now). Tomorrow I will sell Alli for Gross (making my total 9) and then next week do Chicharito to Aguero (8) and Forster to a cheaper keeper (7)

    I feel like I remember Antonio playing up front 1 or 2 times before but not scoring. Is this right?

      He scored at the start of last season when he played the first handful of games there before getting moved to fullback. Chicharito will probably be ok for tonight though according to Bilic so I am not sure Antonio will play as a striker unless he plays 442

          That's what I said. IF he plays 442 (no guarantee he will as he appears to be doing a tinkerman impression) then he may well play up front with Chicharito. He could also play 1 striker up front or play Ayew there. I am staying clear and Chicharito will be gone for Aguero next week.

      Foster looks out for a while after hurting himself playing footy up Hishill with his kid. Myhill should be ok to play on

            Risky. I am still on Kane with VC on Jesus. I am may well leave it that way too. Kane can score with his head and Liverpool can't defend setpieces

        I agree with the Sterling comment. Not sure Kane is the safe option when playing at home but captaincy is currently on him
