Still thinking about it, but my current team is:

      Pantilimon - Davis
      Vlaar - Wasilewski - Terry - Upson - Alderweireld
      Boyd - Ramsey - Sánchez - Hazard - Gómez
      Giroud - Benteke - Aguero

      Was thinking of doing (-4)
      Gomez -> Silva
      Giroud -> Ulloa

Coutinho has won 2/2 awards so far

Somehow Sterling won YPOTY ahead of Emre Can. Sterling looked awkward and was booed, asked if he was staying and told to f off. Brilliant

To the guy on the last article saying about opening up the members area on the last day to everyone, so non-members can see what's available, there's a whole section on this site dedicated to showing people what you can get from becoming a member, plus loads of YouTube videos showing you about it all.

Plus, people buy video games that are like £40/£50 and they last like what, a couple of months? This is £10/£15 depending on when you buy it for a year!

I don't know where you've got this notion I'm saying it's overpriced from! I've explicitly stated I'll be purchasing it any way several times.

Although my post stated make it available for the last day, people in the thread had a better idea of after the season has ended - so it has no effect on members that have already paid!

My post was created as an idea for FFS to boost subscibers by giving them an outright glimpse at what they'd see when they paid, opposed to having to watch all the videos on that page (Which I still haven't done, but will).

I'm not directing the pricing at you, I'm just saying. You don't really need a taster for something that's so cheap. Any member on the site will tell you it's worth it.

The videos aren't that long, plus it says all about it anyway.

15 quid is a lot of money for some folk...or at least it's 15 quid they could well spend several times over on other stuff....A peek can push it up the list a bit.

I'm pretty much set on getting it next season, price isn't an issue for me, though I do get that it will be for some.

The thing that stopped me getting it this season was the though of "Do I really need this to do well?" - I mean in all honesty the free content here is more than enough to do well in FF, In my first full season (I started GW 2 or 3 last year) of FF I'm top of my ML and OR 12k~ just buy spending 30-40 mins here each week.

If I (and I'm guessing many others) got to see first hand all of the tools available, got to play around and mess with the tables etc, I think it would convince a lot more people to purchase the subscription.

Like many others I pay membership for the great work the men have done in creating such great site and help keep site going forward. U seem to use site a lot so £15 at this stage of season after year of use wouldn't be ridiculous IMO

If you had the lead and didn't play defense in 2 seasons running by getting in Silva, couldn't that qualify as a mistake?

I've found it's much harder to hold a lead than it is to catch someone with a lead. Just part of the game.

Silva had no form and city were playing awful. I would ordinarily cancel but would have cost an extra hit for the dgw.

It's not really a mistake, just an FPL anomaly that could only be perceived as a mistake in retrospect.

Well truthfully, a lot of the game is luck. Your league is now out of reach? My other motto is, what goes around comes around, luck for my opponent often comes back around to me eventually.

I had so much more money than him and got aguero and silva. He could only afford dzeko and nasri. Those two absolutely smashed mine after aguero got inj at Everton.

Most folk don't like posters leaving here (there are exceptions obviously), and if you quit then you won't be here. But some people take it too seriously and need to get out. Appreciate your rival seems a bit of a tosser, so why not play in other leagues, or start your own, tosser-free league?

Thanks for the boost but I'm not looking for that. I'm just feeling aggrieving and was hoping to find similar lost souls staring into the abyss of another summer of disappointment.

I will now have to take a hit of caz n Kane to bolasie and benteke(c) whilst he (c)'s aguero.

To make things worse I'm a spurs fan. My disappointment is now complete.

You've got to keep Kane imo, and I personally wouldn't drop Caz either. You've got to look at it objectively, 10 pts is nothing. An Aguero blank and you're laughing. Take a calculated punt this week and see how the cookie crumbles. I wouldn't take a hit if I were you.

We both have caz and Kane.

Arguably the two weakest links in my team. It makes sense to go from a 10point deficit with no hope to a 14 point one with more differentials and some hope...surely?

You've got Haz, a massive differential to his Silva, and Albrighton who is more threatening than Grealish. I'd look at taking Caz out or doing Aldy out but not a hit. You don't need a hit you've got good differentials.

If you believe it then go for it! But you're only 10 pts behind, you only need one differential to come in. If you were 40 pts behind then yeah I'd take hits coz you'd need all 4 or 5 differentials to hit it big. Good luck tho, one last throw of the dice!

Aguero has blanked at home games before. This week I made the right call to play Phillips over Henderson which got me 11 points. You never know where a double digit savour could come from.

Also Hazard captain is perfectly good option and could outscore Aguero, definitely not dead and buried.

You can still do it Pug, id rather have Hazard than Silva this week tbh, the goals Everton shouldve scored v Sunderland wont be spurned by Chelsea plus they'll want a nice end of season win, 3-0 Chelsea at least i reckon. Man City are more or less confirmed 2nd and Pellegrini may well start with Aguero and Bony which could hamper Aguero

I saw two opposite movies this weekend, The Clouds of Maria Sils and Mad Max. Both very good. The new Mad Max could be one of my fave action movies, ever (and I'm an old movie buff).

I'm not normally an all caps guy, but seriously, I think Boyd has been one of the best midfielders in FPL this season. This is FPL, not PL and value for money is a big part of it.

Boydinho's performance and FPL flair this season has might not have earned him more than 2 caps for Scotland, but I honestly think he's worth all caps.

He's more cult midfielder of the season. Haz, Sanchez, Silva, and Siggy got my votes

@Berbs... How can Couts win 4 awards? How many do you have?!

Totally agree on Can... Unlike Sterling, he's excelled despite playing out of position. Really hope he's put in CM next season - forgetting FPL, I see him as one to watch next season big time.

You should be familiar with my plight.

I have worked hard to cancel my opponent but now that is to my disadvantage.

Him: silva, grealish, heaton & 11pts
    Me: hazard, mignolet and albrighton

As it stands all other players are the same. 11 pts with 3 differentials is little hope...surely 15 pts behind with 5 is room for more optimism?

Thinking caz & Kane -----> bolasie and benteke/Lukaku

Any thoughts for the forlorn out there?

If Arsenal win tomorrow I'd ditch Sanchez and gamble that he'll be given a rest - gives you a bit of cash to spend on your 2 transfers.

    6. Guidinho

Well first things first, take a snap shot of his existing team and team value. Wait until he does he transfer then figure out what move he has done. That might push you towards a strategy on who to get in.

      What is your complete team?

He makes subs at 11:29 every week

He will do Giroud to benteke.

All the more reason for you not to go for Benteke.
With 4-5 differentials, a 15 point differential could certainly be overcome, especially if you hit on captaincy.
