It's a shame we are having to discuss this, but it is the elephant in the room.

I think he is actually a good manager. When he had good players such as payet the team had a good thing going and Slav had a good system.

But then you look at the current system and I ask myself what we are doing. E.g. - we buy a proven goal scorer in Hernandez. But he is only going to be the player we need him to be if he has service which he has none of so far. I feel we bought a great striker, but haven't got the right system/players around him for us to succeed.

Can Slaven find something that works? He is struggling to at the moment and it's becoming quite apparent when you look at some of his decisions lately. E.g. - when we were playing spurs we were on the front foot due to our pace. Antonio got injured, and I was expecting Slav to bring on another pacey replacement, but he brought on Caroll which immediately change our dynamics and soon went 2:0 down.
