The options so far in this Moneyball series have tended to be relatively obscure players from the deeper ends of the Fantasy listings, generally plying their trade among the league’s apparent lower classes and thus away from the eye of the average manager. This week’s candidate is the polar opposite of that trend as few players have the potential to garner more attention than the eye-catching and somewhat mercurial Djibril Cisse.

I remember you from my Jan wc last year. i talked you up, you scored, I bought you, you got a red card, I kept you for 2 weeks then sold you, then you came back and scored
Bloody nuisance.Open Controlswhat about him?
Open Controls
The one player you are scared of not owning this week would be..???

The world is going mad!Open ControlsIndeed. I remember David Baddiel talking about this in a much more informed manner than I could possibly hope to do, I might see if there's any kind of youtube clip...
Open ControlsDarn, no luck.

I've been away from the site for almost a week now (well, since Monday), and it has been quite refreshing actually... wasn't caught up in any of the 'will he/won't he' hysteria... haven't been subject to any risky bandwagons... looking at some of the interesting discussions on the Scoutcast pages regarding AM allocations, I did unfortunately miss out on that...
Anyway, to my point...
This is a season defining week for me... I have been earmarking this week for some time as the one where all the fixtures align nicely for my players... I really need to kick on now, or I fear I will fall by the wayside into a misty oblivion...
I don't think I can handle ANOTHER disastrous week... please just give me something to cheer...
Just a little hope is all I'm asking for... thanks...Open Controlsbut hope comes from you, from within
Open ControlsI guess I will always have hope, but when things continue to go wrong it gets harder and harder to maintain the same level of hope...
I guess it's similar to faith in that respect...
What I meant to say, was that I would appreciate an outward manifestation of my own internal hope in the form of points, lots of points...
That would give me more hope....Open Controls
Tevez and Nolan -> Fellaini and Ba for -8?
Sounds crap to me, please confirm. 🙂Open Controlsalready done the boring transfer, wilson -> geoff! did it last weekend and have itchy finger now!
Open Controls
Anybody who chases Fellaini's points from last week deserves NOTHING.
It is time that Ba's run of goals comes to an end.
Teveze will score more. Nolan fixtures are hard but thise who have him deserve points for keeping faith.Open ControlsSays who? YOU?!?!?!
Open ControlsThanks Eduardo, I have ressisting chasing Fellaini all week and think it will stay that way.
Open Controls
Yes it's crap
Open Controlsyah crap idea. tevez at home in what could be a goal fest. nolan against a suspect toon def. fellaini could very well do nothing and get a yellow for 1 game ban. ba is fit but they said that last week and he went off right after the half.
stick with what you've got.Open Controls
i wanna get rid of podolski should I:
A) straight swop with Ba
B) someone else worth a shot?

Demel (against Ba) Hughes (against Cazorla) or Cuellar (against Baines)Open ControlsMissed the last GW whilst being unable to find a good internet connection on my holidays. Already brought in Ben Arfa for Yaya Toure, is it worth using my other free transfer?
Begovic
Rafael, Taylor, Cuellar
Mata, Ben Arfa, Michu, Pienaar
Defoe, Tevez, Van Persie
Subs: Foster, Sterling, Hangeland, Caulker
BANK: 0.2Open ControlsThe Big Three: Bale, Mata and Cazorla.
If you had to remove one for Michu right now to free up cash (forget the yellow cards for now) who would you choose and why?Open ControlsI have that dilemma and I'm leaning towards none
Open ControlsCazorla
Has not convinced me yet that he can be as consistent and explosive as the aforementioned options.Open ControlsIts a tough one, if i had to it would be Cazorla. Would Cazorla -> Walcott not free up enough cash??
Open ControlsTough one, I would have to say none unless you are spending that money on something great up front!
Open Controlsi did bale. to get rvp.. it depends on what its funding
Open Controlsthey are worth it then, but its a coin toss between caz and bale.
Open Controls
Which player do you think will score the most this week?

Help appreciated as always. Don't know whether to ride this gameweek out then make 3 transfers nest for a -4 hit some big players i wouldn't mind having this week. Arrsenal are a huge concern. Help! Please!Open ControlsDon't know whether to stick with Defoe after his heroics either......
Open Controls
OK, would like a little advice please. Of the following three, which one would you bench for this coming week?
Caulker @ MCI
Cuellar @ EVE
Sterling @ CHE
Thanks!Open ControlsNo brainer??
Open ControlsCaulker
Open ControlsCAULKER!!
Open Controlscuellar, caulker threat in the box and sterling is an attacker. No clean sheets for those two defenders.
Open Controls2 to bench Cuellar
2 to bench Caulker
That was my initial dilemma, I know neither is likely for a clean sheet, not sure which offers more attacking potential...
Can anyone break this stalemate and convince me of one? ;DOpen Controls
Jellyfish, Ben arfa -> Ba, Mata. 8 point hit ?

For this week:
Defoe to BA/Jelly
Tevez to Suarez ?Open ControlsPlaced my bet early this week, 20 euro on Boro tonight at 5/6. Odds seem generous to me, gives a nice added interest to the game also 😉

Boyce – Vermaelen – Baines
