It's not very good Dave double West Ham is a no no far too much spent on defence in Walker Verm and Cole, Onuoha may struggle for games, Nani big rotation risk, Walters poor fixtures and Helguson unlikely to play and has about 5 other strikers to contend with, Ba has had his returns diminished with the signing of Cisse, playing out wide remains to be seen if he will return to a more central attacking role

I like it WR, all the defenders are from teams which I fancy to do well defensively and none from promoted ones (Federici I count as a rare stand-in for De Gea). Nice punts for something different in midfield and up front, DGW covered with good ransfers to come. I personally am a bit worried about owning Tevez as Balotelli will push for inclusion.

Harte rotation risk. Lampard will be playing deeper relying on PKs to score better options try upgrading to Bale. Unconvinced by Vaz Te.

The Community shield will also give me an indication on whether Lampard is as useless as so many say.
