Nice side, good balance. Maybe downgrade Mignolet to a 5.0 or 4.5 there are a few and go Metersacker to Toure for an extra 1 or 1.5m and upgrade Ben Arfa. Nice punt on Rat, i don't have him but expecting a bit of attacking points there. Keep an eye on Sturridge's fitness before GW1.

The Man City attacking options as I see them.

Dzeko and Negredo will fight for the striker spot and if one of them nails it down, I personally believe they will have a very fruitfull campaign with the sort of service City has at the moment.

In spite of the popular view that Negredo will be starting, I'm not yet convinced. Dzeko is a seasoned striker in the FPL, he's done well in spite of limited oportunities and I fear he will make our guesses further more complicated.

Jovetic will basically be City's Walcott on the left, same price, but classified as a forward, which really seems like a waste to me.

If Aguero (a very unselfish player) is played behind Dzeko/Negredo, the position in which he's done best in before, I think he'll be key for City this year, although I still think the striker will still be the best buy in that case (9.5 / 7.5 so considerably cheaper and likely to score a lot of goals)

This however is just my point of view and I think the pre-season friendlies will shed a lot of light on this situation.

P.S. A word of warning for all the Silva enthusiasts at the moment though, if it turns out I'm not mistaken, this means Silva and Navas will probably fight for starts on the right wing, where Silva hasn't exactly excelled last time round. If he doesn't get to play in a central position, I don't expect anything great for him.

Hopefully that makes sense and is mathematically possible. I too am going with Bale and RVP, and believe me, your defence needs to be cheap to make it work!

I think O'Shea is the only one with any certainty of starts at this point.

As an Arsenal fan, I would have loved it to happen, but think it won't happen. No chance at all.

Think Arsenal will end up signing no one substantial. No Suarez, hig, roo, fab. Maybe just some more unknowns.

I think you've got a pretty strong line up there. Only concern i would have would be on how nailed on Alcaraz is and Parr has been injured so probably will not play straight away however i feel he would be just bench fodder for you only.

JRod i personally am unsure of. He showed good stuff towards end of last year so maybe worth a punt do however think he will have a better year than Lambert...
