I stayed in a place called Millenium Biltmore. Very nice old style hotel, reasonably cheap. In the middle of Downtown LA, so nothing in walking distance, but well located to drive to most places.

Unlimited, but be careful selling players who's price has risen in you want to buy them back. Points for hits are only taken when the deadline closes, if you have a wildcard active no points are taken.
