A number of midfielders are placed under the spotlight, with Arsenal, City, Chelsea and Liverpool all serving up some strong statistics. The performance of United’s frontmen at Villa and Tottenham’s inability to find the net under the now-departed Andre Boas-Villa also come under analysis as we delve into the data.
This makes no sense. I panicked

I've given in. Yaya in for Lamps, Lukaku for Kun
Open ControlsDon't get why people bringing in Walcott for a hit when they playing Chelsea and Jose obviouly gonna be defensive...
Open ControlsHe's been defensive so far - and look where that's got 'em. CheLeaky.
Open ControlsNot really he was defensive at OT, rest he's gone for it and hasn't worked well at the back...
Open Controls
because a lot of people were stupid enough to have a Chelsea defender (or 2 Chelsea defenders in my hopeless case) and they know very well what Chelsea defense is capable of these days

Need someone to replace Kos
A) Walker
B) Zaba
C) Evans/Rafael
D) Mert
E) OthersOpen Controls"75 percent shot conversion by Marouane Chamakh in four appearances under Tony Pulis at Palace – a ratio that will surely prove unsustainable"
Agreed. Those punting on him will regret it, surely.Open ControlsDespite the fact he's spent two years being utter toilet, the first 6 months he spent at Arsenal he was great and scored goals. He also scored goals in Bordeaux. When RVP got fit and he fell out of the team and went through personal problems. Maybe he's just coming out the other side now and back to the good player he was.
That said, I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. Too many other good forward options.Open Controls
Does helping someone with their team count as a good deed for the day??
Open ControlsThis has got all the makings of a catastrophic gameweek where i'm eventually convinced by the masses on here to not follow my gut and go with their advice. Usually ends in tears
Don't get the Nasri love at all
Nasri > Walcott on the cards but every time i visit this site, i feel less confidentOpen ControlsThat's what this site will do to you.
Don't ever dare go against consensus.Open ControlsMy words are those of wisdom. Trade Nasri for Walcott.
Open ControlsThis site gives great information but don't listen to random people spouting on here. Just use the facts, do your own analysis and do what YOU think is right. I been swayed too many times by individuals en masse.
I realise that means you shouldn't listen to me, and you shouldn't, just do what YOU think is best.Open ControlsWhy the rush? Not like he's gonna smash Chelsea... Silva much better option imo

90% of people said captain lukaku friday night and were advising people not to captain suarez. So no, just make your own moves

Maybe asking the obvious but i should get Lukaku in for Aguero tonight? This is before Aguero's price drop. It would give me 3.8m in the bank.
Marshall (liv)
Terry (ars), Coleman (swa), Clyne (TOT) OUT,
Ozil (CHE), Ramsey (CHE), Barkley (swa), Fer (sun)
Aguero (ful), OUT, Suarez (CAR), Rooney (WHU)
Lewis (liv), R Morrison (mun) Koscielny (Chelsea) 25%, Turner (liv)
Worth a hit if Clyne and Koscielny are out. I do not fancy Turner against Liverpool.
0.1m in the bank.Open ControlsHaving a good bench is important but I'm learning to factor in how they rotate.
However, who knew a bench of Janujaz, Chester and Flanagan scores 25 this GW..
and my choice of Terry, Zab and Barkley scores 8.
These freak results catch people out, not this GW but the next few GW's, because people don't treat them as flukes but think its a trend.
Don't fall for it.Open ControlsFT already used to bring Lukaku in. No hit needed?
Howard
Terry - Ward - Murner
Walcott - Cabaye - Redmond - Sess
Suarez © - Rooney (VC) - Lukaku
Marshall - Whittingham - Williams - Clyne
bank: 3.5MOpen Controlsyaya to be on free kicks and pens now?
Open ControlsIs there any science in the Rooney or Negredo debate?
The former seems a more obvious points threat all over, and the only downside is that it doesn't leave me many midfield options and I'll be left without City attacking cover.
Previous to Aguero injury I'd lined up Ivanovic + Brady > Chester + Nasri
Migs / Harper
Coleman / Ivanovic / Evans / Caulker / Fonte
Fer / Ramsey / Hazard / Brady / Barkley
Lukaku / Suarez / AgueroOpen ControlsMemory Check
Arsenal vs Chelsea
Manu vs West Ham
Fulham vs Man City
Can you name the 7 goal scorers in the corresponding fixtures last season?Open ControlsAguero -> Negredo
Is this what most are doing?Open ControlsJust shipped Aguero
Thats one FT down the drain. Koscielny nextOpen ControlsI apologise if this question has been asked on here already, but was wondering if Aguero to Dzecko is a worthy differential move?
Open ControlsSo with Aguero out, who is his best replace him and to sit along Suarez and Rooney?
1. Negredo
2. Lukaku
3. Anyone else?Open ControlsLukaku if you can get City midfield coverage (Silva or Yaya)

Open Controls
why does everyone presume Kun's price will come crashing down? RVP has 700-800k net outflow and he has only come down 0.3m
Open Controls
Aguero + Brady + Koscielny ----> Negredo + Walcott + Evans/Ward (-8)
Worth it?Open ControlsJust a note everyone. It's hard to tell as they haven't started many games together, but a quick test in the comparison tool tells me what I expected. When Rafael plays Evra's potential is massively reduced. He'll still be a decent goal threat as he goes up for corners but his assist potential, and his BAP potential is greatly reduced as a lot more tends to go through the right hand side when Rafa is fit, so Evra touches the ball less.
I'll monitor this on Saturday and let you know if this trend looks likely to continue but just fair warning to Evra's owners or potential owners, Rafael can seriously damage your points potential.Open ControlsLooking to replace Kos with Jones/Evans
You reckon either of those 2 could start every game till the WC?
You never know with Moyes. He's already screwed me twice with Vidic and EvraOpen Controlsit's tough to say
You should be fairly safe with Jones. He hasn't missed many, in fact I think when fit he's only missed 1 and that was before a European match.
I am getting Evans, with Fellaini injured Evans will play cb with either Jones or Vidic. But of you go Evans make sure you have a decent set of defenders to back him up as there may be the odd rest. If me buying Evans is enough assurance for you, fineOpen Controls
it was, but they've played so little together it's tough to gauge whether that's the norm or just an anomaly. So far comparison of when Rafa has played more that 70 mins suggests it isn't, but the sample size isn't very big.
Open Controls
I'm not surprised. Rafael bombs forward. Evra probably feels someone needs to stay back

What would you guys do out of these two moves?
Aguero/Barkley to :
A) Rooney/Mirallis or
B) Negredo/SilvaOpen ControlsJust about to make my transfers.Would you rather have:
A) Roo + Silva + Williamson
B) Roo + Wally + Williamson
C) Neg + Wally + Zaba
D) Neg + Silva + ZabaOpen ControlsEvening lads!
Please help me out with this lot:
1FT, 0.7£
Begovic (Myhill)
Ward Shaw Coleman (Terry, Rat)
Bacuna Brunt Hazard Ramsey Whittingham
Rooney Suarez(C) (Aguero)
Was thinking:
1. Agüero + Brunt -> Negredo + Nasri - 4p (exact amount)
2. Agüero -> Negredo (not hit)
3. Other suggestion?
