Oh. So I see some complaints about owning Fabregas and Siggy is like not owning them as all serious players have them. Enjoy your new system

I don't have the energy this late to kick about it again. Fabregas has been bought by almost a million people but only risen by 0.4m. Work that out

More players this season so more transfers needed makes sense. Plenty of transfers get wasted in the process.

I am loving the fact that Mata is so underrated at the moment. Can't believe people are neglecting to see his potential.

The guy has hit 2 goals in 4 games, is playing in his preferred position (number 10 / in the hole)… His pal Herrera is back in the team, the two of them struck up a great bond in preseason games… Di Maria has brought some pace to the side which should surely create more space for Di Maria.

He's going to score BIG for sure!

True, there are great options. I'm not convinced Sterling is same class as Mata and think Rodgers will rest him sooner or later. Ramsey is awesome, but I have a feeling he will get injured.

It's very interesting this season… some cracking options.

Hazard (190 & 202 pts past two seasons) and Yaya (241 pts) aren't even being mentioned.

He could be a real gem, because people will continue to be nervous about his game time and not be willing to buy in. But if he keeps playing, he should continue to produce.

My defence is a shambles, but I have two free transfers and 1.5 in the bank.

    Pva, Coloccini, Ferdinand, Clyne, Moore.

Very happy to do get Chambers in, but how long is Debuchy out for? Any other big options I am missing out on?

Then Chambers it is, and I can spend the extra cash elsewhere.

I'm ok with finding the stats for the attackers, its the defenders clean sheets that go out of the window for me.

If its only 6 weeks, I would hesitate playing him for at least 2 o those, so there is less reason. If it is longer, then he is a great buy imo. Its the vagueness in between.

I actually felt a bit sorry for Pool today. I don't dislike many of their players or BR (though I think at times he's trying to be too clever for his own good) and I do think they've done very well in rebuilding the team.

I think Brenda's out of his depth. He was lucky to have Suarez last season. He's bought badly and must be praying that Sterling sticks around, though I wouldn't if I were him. Liverpool will struggle.

He does buy badly and is trying to be smart. Realistically I only consider Studge to be a real success of his, Coutinho on and off. Balo was, in my opinion, f**king bonkers as was losing Agger and Reina for Lovren and Migs.

I already have Clyne and just did Caulker to Taylor.
Caulker may fall and Naylor may rise overnight so I bit the bullet and went for it.
Doubling up on Clyne and Bertrand isn't smart in my mind!

I chose Taylor but your call I guess. Naylor set to rise in value, is cheaper and hopefully will make up for lack of goal threat at set pieces with some assists somewhere down the line.
          My thoughts anyway!

You convinced me, just swapped out Caulker for Taylor. Caulker was great today but looking at QPR's defense and their upcoming fixtures unless he scores a goal he won't really be worth having.

    Defense is currently:
    Bego
    Bertrand / Kaboul / Chester / Kelly / Moore

Most pressing one to get rid is Chester. Looking at form + fixtures, it seems like the best defender to bring in is either a Man U or Burnley one. Agree? Also is Duff nailed on? Didn't they bring in another centerback in the transfer window?

    X POINT 4 CURSE

The updates to the price change algorithm has really changed the dynamic of the game this year.

It's not yet been possible to amass enough cash to really make a significant difference to your weekly points tally, versus chasing the in-form players - and yet, +/- 0.1M on any transfer really hits subsequent transfers hard i.e. having £X.4M to upgrade elsewhere.

I was lucky to find Baines this week at £6.9M, using my spare 0.4M effectively and keeping it on the pitch... BE CAREFUL YOU DONT GET LEFT WITH £X.4M.

Almost worth highlighting interesting players at these difficult price points:

    Lallana - 8.4M
    Eriksen - 7.9M
    Mirallas - 7.4M
    Herrera - 7.4M
    Baines - 6.9M
    Terry - 6.4M
    Diouf - 6.4M
    Cisse 5.9M
    Jagielka - 5.4M

    Discuss?

OK. I have one of those, and I will get another.

I will try and so it in such a way that brings me profit.

However, the REASON for my manoeuvres has much more to do with their points potential ...

Im not sure it matters if you have .4 in the bank now, the prices are now spread over different price points, so losing .1 no longer equals losing .5

Where do you live? If it is the UK try the NFU Mutual you can actualy speak to a person locally. Worked for them up to last year

Can you elaborate on this? What benefit does this have?

Well if you find it hard work you can go into your local office see an actual person go through it face to face. Top rated for claims and customer service in UK (at least they were last yr)

Not accurate. Just use it as a guide to who may or may not rise rather than treating it as gospel would be my advice!

That's my current suspicion. I'm don't think the gab will be that huge between them but every little helps
