it seems risky picking a liverpool defender over a chelsea one though, on form and reliability cahill is probably better but moreno is the flash pick. its a difficult one to say, i prefer moreno for his attacking potential on those fixtures but the reliability of chelsea's defence could be better.

Well, that's not true so there must be another reason.
Check stats.
Just the way Spurs are set up...The three mids (Chadli Eriksen and Lamela) interchange a lot with Ade to make an attacking four. Each one of the mids in turn appears the most attacking of the mids and walks off with the pts...it's happening week in and week out. It could be Lamela picking up the pts next week.
It's more about Adebayor basically not acting like a striker at all of late.. this forces Chadli to play literally as the main striker! Erik and Eriksen are too busy being classy and creating chances to take up that role

Working out where Theo would fit in, and come to conclusion that Sterling would have to be the player dropped.
-Tough CL games against Madrid may dent confidence, and since he will probably play full 90, may be rested in the kinder-looking PL fixtures in which we would expect good returns
-Liverpool's returns look to be less focused on him now while Lallana is fit, against WBA Lallana frequently ran into channels that Sterling would usually boss, plus Studge likes to drift out wide on occasion so we may soon see another threat to his territory and influence. (AND his captaincy option)
-Liverpool are not playing well currently (although yet to monitor affect of morale-boosting win against WBA)

When you put it that way it is a fair point. If you want to stay ahead of the curve you could get tadic/downing/mane/mahrez or all four keeping one the above!

I've been 4-3-3 all the way before but take (almost) any team any GW and look at the midfields average points and compare it to the forwards average points.

It's borderline, and probs not necessary to WC (see my headache below!), You've got Chambers to worry about too now of course, but might be wise to hold.

Having the exact same issues! I would probably press the button now if I could fit Baines and Aguero in. It requires a downgrade in midfield, in this case Fabregas. Im not sure if it is worth it.
