My co-host roughs me up over my cowardice, then slaps me around for the fact that I appeared to hoodwink the entire world over Diego Costa’s fitness. We then go on to appraise the merits of Ed Sheeran, check in on Neil Warnock’s latest gripes and weigh up the Sterling vs Sanchez vs Hazard debate. Meanwhile, Kieran Trippier’s cross count without an assist for Granville hits 66 and counting. Who’s dithering now, eh Granville?

      I have him instead of Sterling. If he keeps pace with him (as he has been doing for a while now) then I'm happy given the money saved.

        Plus in the last four game weeks Eriksen has outscored Sterling three times and drawn with him once. He might be coming into form despite Tottenham's mediocrity.

        In fact he's five points ahead if you take their total from GW2 on. Not sure Sterling is worth the extra million with that in mind.

        Also, 9% ownership v 49.6% is a nice differential really.

      He's one of those that you have to be patient with. He'll get points in the unlikely games and do nothing in the plum games. It's just a matter of having the patience with him

        I have Hazard. If I want Costa back in the future, then it is Cesc that needs to go. Seems like the golden opportunity now as it will allow me to get a 4.4m midfielder and disperse funds better too.

        If Cesc was playing as a no. 10 it would a different kettle of fish.

    I need expert advice on this....

    Last week i swapped Sterling out for Aguero at the cost of Sterling. This move was mainly forced by losing my top spot in mini leagues due to others having Aguero - More of a block move.

    I know find my team slightly unbalanced with a few too many fringe players in the mid...

    I'm considering getting Sanchez in this week but that will mean ADM out. Should i do this? Have a look at my team, let me know how i can balance this out a bit better...!!

    Would love to see the stats from that City vs Newcastle game. I think City did create a lot of chances in the second half and just didn't finish them. Really struggling with the Aguero vs Sanchez captain choice.

      They created a lot of chances the entire game. Dzeko was woeful, as was Jovetic. If they go back to Aguero as a lone striker I am hopeful they will be able to score 3 against United.

          I mean I don't know if I have been watching a different game but ever since last year, and I've probably seen about 25 Manchester City games, the only time I have liked the way they look in a 442 is when they had Aguero up top with Negredo. I think Dzeko and Aguero are absolutely terrible together and Dzeko is ALWAYS in Aguero's space and limits his effectiveness. I would put YYT in the hole for this one and start Fernando and Fernandinho with Milner/Navas/Nasri or whoever out on the wings.

                It makes sense. Yaya would absolutely bully the Utd CB's. And he has been pretty ineffective in a deeper role this season. Dzeko has been woeful, doesn't deserve to start again imo.

        Hmm, I would only go down that route if Costa was likely to not play. I think Haz looks a much bigger threat when he's not on the pitch, against Maribor for instance.

            The thing is, if Chelsea get a pen, it will be worth 6-8 points instead of 5 as he will almost assuredly be in the bonus to some degree with a goal scored given how well he does in the new bonus system in general. Just sooooo risky captaining him. I always get screwed whenever I do.

        I'm switching between Aguero and Welbeck captain.

        Currently ranked at 10k, I think Aguero is the safer pick, but Welbeck would be the bigger differential.

        Don't know what I need right now.

      Ramsey hasn't found his form yet. I don't think I'd make that transfer this week.

      Sterling hasn't been that bad: 10, 2, 5, 7, 2.

      He always has it in him to score double digits. With a lot of guys taking him out this week, I'm hoping he scores big this week.
