    A) Benteke, Koscielny (keep Henderson, ship Ivanovic)

    B) Giroud, Larsson (keep Ivanovic, ship Henderson)

    In both scenarios I have Sanchez+Arsenal mid. They're both for -8 total (over 2 weeks). Main difference is the Benteke move would involve all 8 points this week. B would mean -4 this and -4 next with keeping Vardy this week.

    One (possible) benefit of A is I’d get rid of Vardy who is up against my 2 Southampton defenders. Although I’m not convinced that’s much of a reason to do it.

    Any thoughts lads?

      Probably A, although I think getting 3 Arsenal attackers will be more profitable than a defender.

        Yeah I think so too. The draw of Benteke is strong.

        Rival has Aguero, Kane and Giroud and I have Vardy instead currently. As I'm leading I think I will probably block with Giroud

    A) Coutinho > Ozil/Cazorla/Ramsey for a hit this week
    B) Sell Coutinho next week (as part of a hit) and play Grealish/Albrighton this week

    Basically it comes down to taking the hit this week or next. Leaning towards A currently as the Arsenal mid has more upside this week than the cheap mid. Only problem is it means I have to commit to one of them now instead of having the flexibility to decide next week. What say you?

      I think playing Grealish or Albrighton won't be such a bad solution tbh. I would wait and monitor the Arsenal MF this week before making a decision (I'm stuck with Sanchez so I can't do anything now)

      This is basically my annoyance at the moment - hits needed either way but don't really want to bring in any mid but Sanchez this week.

      I think I'd probably go A if it was me but wait until press conference just in case there's any further Ramsey news

      Difficult one - I'd say pros and cons of each choice pretty equal. Think B actually edges it - though I'm doing similar to A myself - for a hit 😉 . Assuming you won't be caught out by price changes.

    Hi guys, 21pts clear in ML, would love some advice... Which do you prefer for Vardy:

    A. Giroud (rival has)
    B. Beneteke

    Would keep for the DGW. Given rival has Giroud, surely covering off is best?

    Migs (Panti)
    PVA Terry Schlupp (Cameron, Duff)
    Hazard Ramsey Sanchez Sterling (albrighton)
    Vardy Aguero Kane

    Good morning everyone, need some help... The Hazard photo is confusing...

    Pantilimon (Krul)
    Zabaleta, Ivanovic, Bellerin (Morgan, PvA)
    Coutinho, Henderson, Fabregas, Hazard (Boyd)
    Aguero, Vardy, Benteke

    1 FT, 3.4 in Bank

    A) Coutinho -> Sanchez
    B) Henderson -> Ramsey
    C) Henderson + Hazard -> Ramsey + Sanchez (-4)
    D) Fabregas + Henderson -> Ramsey + Ozil (-4)

    Cazorla over Ramsey? Looking at stats I think it's the way to go plus Cazorla is more likely to play the full 180 minutes in the DGW

            But don't you think the order of preference should be:
            1) Sanchez
            2) Ramsey / Ozil
            3) Cazorla?

      Leaning towards Ramsey atm due to form - but agree minutes is a concern and Caz could very well be the one in the points for the DGW, especially if they get a penalty.

    Is it so crazy to save my FT (and not get Silva in for Sterling) to have 2FTs to adapt to the DGW???

    Ospina (Harper)

    Ivanovic Huth Vlaar (PVA, Skrtel)

    Sanchez Hazard Henderson Cambiasso (Sterling)

    (c) Benteke Giroud N'Doye

        a) if I used FT this week, Silva for Sterling... or a huge punt on De Jong

        b) if I save FT, allows me to have 2FTs to adjust for any injury to my triple Arsenal holdings (not that Arsenal player are usually injured but....), possible go triple on Sunderland, or fix team as need for any injury suspension, etc.

        Only plan for next week is Wickham in for N'Doye... still unsure about a 3rd Sunderland player or if someone else is catching form.

    Community thoughts would be appreciated. Should I cover rivals Benteke with -4 from giroud? Current lead of 75, but rivals team has momentum. Would involve a -8 to cover his Kosc and Sánchez moves or do I just take -4 and go without tekkers?

    1. Clam. ☘️
      • 9 Years

      You only need to cover Sanchez imo. 25 points a week is a lot to catch up with anyway.

      75 point lead. Unless he captain Tekkers and Tekkers score 4/5 goals, I think you're pretty safe. Stya on -4, don't give him any freebies trying to catch up.

      (says the person hopelessly yet doggedly chasing a 67 point lead... you'll never guess who I captained this week...)

        True, he's just poor in comparison to tekkers last 2-3 GW. Guess form can turn in a second though. Just worried about his captain option

          • 10 Years

          yeah if u have none of them(like me)..i would definitely get in benteke. just that u already have giroud and is for -4 it just feel wrong.

          lucky aguero is the favorite capper for the week..with sanchez/benteke on second. so you should not be too worse off.

          and u can captain giroud on gw37 if u want

        Carver has talked about SDJ's status openly in pressers. Starting for Under 21s mid-week last week and Carver had said he wasn't ready to start in Prem team yet last week. Will wait to see what "Too Honest" John Carver says this week. If he says he's starting, I may take the plunge as I'm chasing 67 points in my minileague and when healthy, the man is a talent.
