High five if you made the 100 club this week 😎 I was on 96 with Ramsey, Giroud and Sanchez to play and thought it was a formality. If any of them had been booked I would have fallen short!

Thanks man! I woke up with a shock after reading your post. Yeah it was so nerve wrecking thinking about it during the city game (I didn't really pay much attention to the cup prior to this week)

Let's hope I don't face Mark eh. And all the best for the rest of your season you did well! ☺ you would have won most people with that score!

😀 if only it really did work like that. I think I might have to swallow my pride and take a hit to reshuffle and bring him in for a hit. I can offset the hit by getting Panti for Ospina I suppose.

    Which combination do u prefer

Kane(C) vs Hull and no Rambo for the three remaining Arsenal games. Hazard in the team.

No Kane or indeed any captain on Saturday but Ramsey for the three games (assuming he plays) at the expense of Hazard

Complicated I know but that's the easiest way I can dress it up

Kane (HUL), Kane (HUL), Hazard (wba), Hazard (SUN)

      vs

Ramsey (mun), Ramsey (SUN), Ramsey (WBA)

Is that it? A if so.

Yep that's it. Two real hinges. If Kane blanks again and Hazard doesn't play or does nothing A looks poo

B could be great but also I have to assume he will miss one game due to FA cup/end of season rotation right?

Even with Hazard missing the West Brom game, I think there's more points in the first combination.

The thing is its even more complicated in reality as if u assume all players do nothing Ramsey gets 4 points as opposed to 2 as he gets passing bonus 95% of the time.

            A= 4 + 2 + 2

            B= 4 + 4 + 4

Need help DZ please! Asked already yesterday I think but would appreciate different opinions

    Schmikes
    Terry Ivan PVA Duff Kos
    Haz Sanchez Hendo Ramsey Albrighton
    Kun Benteke N'Doye

all of these are for a hit:

    A) N'Doye > Defoe / bench Ivan & Albrighton / bench Benteke (3-5-2)
    B) Hendo > Gomez / bench N'Doye
    C) Haz > Gomez / bench Albrighton

I'll be benching him unless something different comes out of the presser. The signals coming out from Chelsea have been very clear cut. They have been flagging "Hazard tired" for weeks and the player has been saying it himself too.

Doesn't mean he won't play, Jose doesn't always do the obvious thing. But I think on this occasion the likelihood is that he won't.

    1906 overall.

    DGW team of:
    Mignolet
    Terry / PVA / Pieters
    Sànchez / Özil / Coutinho / Silva
    Wickham / Aguero / Kane

Bench: Guzan / Rose / Bertrand / Walters

    2.4m ITB and 1 FT

Too many variables to calculate in Arsenal midfield now Wilshere back to add a third?

Giroud out of form and Welbeck back v UTD? If he starts will it be up front or on right? If right he'll effect Ramsey's position and possibly Cazorla's start.

Safest bet looks to be in defence?

I'd say ignore the guy behind you for now and concentrate on first. No looking back.

Have you got 3 Arsenal already? I'd most likely go for the Sunderland striker. Even 2 blanks could give you more points than your rival. But you want to make sure you've got a decent team for 34 though.

It's all about the ML now. It could pay off. But if Kane does something then well that's that. Either way the Sunderland striker would become a Leicester for QPR. 3 chances instead of two.

    Morning DZ,

Appreciate some opinions about this team as I can't afford a price rise on Koscielny...

    http://m.imgur.com/gMiywTK

Main thinking is Clyne to Koscielny. Feels like I've said this a million times now but I'm a little worried about rivals all having Giroud. I'm 55 ahead...

To get him I'd have to do Kane and Ivan out or Hazard/Silva and Vardy. Not convinced by either move as Ivan is my only defender with a decent fixture in 38. Is Koscielny enough? Do I just do hazard to another midfielder?

    Thanks!

Don't worry about Giroud. I have a similar problem with who to sell this week (see above) as so many players with favourable fixtures.

In your position I'd sell Vardy but don't know whether you can afford Wickham

    2. HVT

Your problem like others and I has been a misfiring Kane being kept for for 37.
The Clyne move seems the logical one.
Personally I wouldn't sell Silva, hazard if I had to but Kane deserves this week.
Vardy has a good final fixture so Kos this week and Kane next is my twopence worth Andy.

      Morning!

Personally don't think its worth it! Ivan & Hazard are almost certain to start in GW38 and end the season on a bright note, while Silva is also returning some rich hauls recently.

Go for Clyne to Kosc though.

From what I've seen Jose has hinted at a fuller strength team for gw38, those that have played this year a lot.

Doesn't mean that he won't start benched I suppose, but I don't see it

I wouldn't worry about Giroud. I think you're in a good position to cash in on Hazard for GW37 if you can afford him/want him back for GW38. Surely an Arsenal mid has a better chance to outscore him this week. Would go with Santi in your position.

      I'd keep Vardy.

You're right about an Arsenal mid out scoring this week but last GW Hazard could go mad, don't want to use 2 transfers taking him out and putting him back.

Other pro for Koscielny is my defence has horrible fixtures as it stands in gw38

I am considering using 2 FTs on Hazard. There's a good chance he will be rested or get limited minutes in GW37, while going for Santi/Ramsey/Ozil gives good chance of 180 minutes. Depends on your priorities I guess, I just want to maximize points potential given we have 2 GWs left.

This. All the discussions on who is the "right" Arsenal mid are pretty pointless.

Over a 10-game stretch there may be some merit in discussing it. Over 1 DGW there isn't. Get who you can afford without taking a hit or losing someone you'd rather keep.

I would say, look at the teams they will be playing. If their opposition is gonna park a bus, then Cazorla can join the attack almost always. If they have a strong midfield, he'll have to track back more often.

OR just go with your gut... My gut says no Ozil.

Only 5 points behind in my ML right now! My rival has dropped Hazard & Ivanovic and went for Giroud, Sanchez and Koscielny.

I dropped Kane for Benteke (2 weeks ago) and went also for Giroud and Sanchez.

Best strategy is to keep Ivanovic and hope he does something crazy. And drop Hazard for an Arsenal midfielder (Ramsey, Cazorla or Ozil). It's gonna be close this year!

In your position I'd simply play my normal game for this coming GW, then assess where I am for the final week and see if I need to do something different.

        My normal game would be:
"Mmh, maybe I'll drop Hazard because he will be benched and then I can bring in an Arsenal midfielder. But what if he explodes?"

Only now, the consequences of an Hazard explosion are minor.

I know 😀 But honestly, I need to do something different than him.

And keeping Hazard if he might be benched is also risky (and don't forget that he was disappointing this weekend). This would also mean that my 3rd Arsenal player has to be a defender which my rival already has. So everything would depend on Eden. I'm not too confident about that.

Dropping Hazard is a risk but dropping him for an Arsenal midfielder is much smaller risk because it gives me a great differential.

Why is everyone fixated on GW38? I understand Chelsea plays Sunderland. But if Sunderland is still in the danger zone, they will be fighting for their lives.
And if they are safe than it might just be a very boring match where no one really wants to win. IMO, it's an even bigger risk to gamble on one player in that last gameweek.

Hazard has nothing more to prove, he might play, he might score, but he won't explode.

Yes, and everyone keeps mentioning that 8-0 scoreline. That was in 2009-10, right? Different coach, different team, different league, different era.

I'm not saying it's impossible this season... I'm just saying that it's not a lot to go on.

Okay instead of just assuming, I checked the scorelines for you...
2013-14: Cardiff - Chelsea: 1-2 (no goals from Hazard)
                2012-13: Chelsea - Everton: 2-1 (Hazard didn't play)
2011-12: Chelsea - Blackburn: 2-1 (Hazard still at Lille)

So not much to go on, don't you think?

But if you really want to make an argument for Hazard, then I'd advise you to mention the scoreline of Lille on the last day of the season 2011-12...

Sunderland players were very sloppy and lucky to walk away with a win. The Blues will smoke them at Stamford Bridge.

how many transfers? i agree with the notion of being somewhat cautious and doing what you think has the odds of bringing in the most points. not likely to win it this week, but no need to do anything desperate and you could lost it if you do something unnecessarily risky. assuming positive news comes in about Ramsey's injury from last week, i'd have my eye on that one, with Sanchez as captain. i think Ramsey vs Koscielny is a reasonable play..

I have only 1 FT and I have Davis in goal as my only gk which Koeman dropped (without notice).
So Davis -> Ospina for free is one option.

The other would be, Davis -> Panti and Hazard -> Caz/ram/oz

The Champions' League TV revenues are divided as follows:

      (a) 50% according to actual CL performance next season
      (b) 50% according to PL finishing position this season

      From memory, (b) is split 1st 35%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%, 4th 15%. Or something like that.
