I just think Chelsea have plenty of room for improvement ,not to mention far far better players than Bournemouth , who are playing about well as that group of players possibly can
It's a close one. Personally I looked at defensive stats overall which is why I'm currently on Lukaku. I also think delle alli will be a massive miss for tottenham on Sunday, and then there's the possibility of a Europa hangover.

Do it over a few weeks then, Ighalo is a quality pick for the next three weeks and it isn't worth taking a hit to swap him out if you can afford to wait.

Well Sharon has left it on Vardy all season and she ain't doing too bad.
Not necessarily guarantee, but I think there's a lot to be said for captaining players with good form who are getting consistent points and very involved as opposed to "potentially explosive" options.

Ah but what is consistent? Kun wasn't at the start, Alexis has went well off the boil (hoping he gets back to old ways). So maybe captaining Kun for 4 blanks + his massive haul actually isn't that much better, or maybe even worse than having captains who consistently chucked out 8-10 points a week for those 5 weeks.
How many of these mids/strikers would you need and which ones would you pick ? . Ozil and Silva stand out as consistent
The consistent ones? Well, young Mahrez has blanked twice this season when he has played. Ozil and Silva are good ones yes, Vardy of course has not blanked in a while.
A nice example is Mahrez, compare him to Aguero 5 weeks before his haul at Newcastle and the Newcastle game.
Kun: 2,2,1,5,2,25
Mahrez: 10,1,11,11,2,0
The 0 was the game Mahrez didn't play, so your VC would have come in.
Totals = Kun: 37 points x 2 = 74 Mahrez: 36 x 2 = 72 + whatever your VC got the week Mahrez was benched (X2)
Essentially, what I'm saying is with a lot of inconsistent hauls this season (and big names being poor at times) it hasn't hurt to pick a consistent, if less explosive player and captain them.
For what I lost in terms of rank all those painful weeks of (c) Aguero where he really failed by fact of missed opportunities on others probably evened out on his 50pt haul.
'Break even point' using this strategy imo, ideally we would like to (c) out biggest points scorer each week in our team, if we did this we would have a good chance of winning this game, it's all about knowing when to move on/off certain players in terms of captaincy-Easier said than done.And that's true, plus there tends to be a lot of luck involved. However, by following a few consistent, if not explosive players, you may not have massive gameweeks as often but you'll also cut down on your lean gameweeks.

Spent my FT to bring Aguero in for Pelle, now strongly considering KDB > Ozil for -4. Is this stupid? Arsenal's next 3 fixtures are amazing (Norwich, Sunderland Villa) and he's looking so good at the moment - I think he'll definitely outscore KDB over those. Feels wrong selling for a hit City's best mid at the moment before a home game though.I am almost in the same boat as you. So hard to decide between KDB and Ozil

1 - I hadn't the time required nor the patience of I'm honest tho the articles alone are worth the cash

So a lot has been made of Liverpool assets ahead of their favourable fixture run (SWA, new, WBA, wat, LEI, sun)
Klopp has adopted a 4321 for most of the games, using 4231 twice or so.
Team vs City:
---------------Mignolet
Clyne - Skrtel - Lovren - Moreno
---Milner - Lucas Leiva - Can
-------- Lallana - Coutinho
-------------- Firmino
The defence: The first choice back 5 picks itself. Klopp used Mignolet Clyne Skrtel Sakho Moreno until Sakho got injured vs Palace. Lovren has stepped in since and will play until Sakho is back. (Rumoured to be early January).
The middle 3: Currently Milner, Lucas and Can. All will depend if Klopp reverts to his preferred 4231 but the 4321 seems to be getting more out of these 3. Capitano Henderson will be first choice when fit. My opinion is, he goes in for Milner.
The front 3: This is where the doubt lies. Coutinho is nailed. Now for the other 2. Lallana's performances have improved since Klopp's arrival and he's taken aboard to the high press. However, he's consistently been in the team because of the players who weren't available.
Firmino, who Klopp had publicly given his vote of confidence for, has been looking the part recently. He is also nailed *when* fit. He isn't 100% fit yet so that's explains why he's being hooked off at 75mins-ish or not starting some games. Firmino or Coutinho? Both are good picks, but Firmino would be my choice at 8m. His bundesliga record suggests he's a goal scorer. Here's how Firmino compares to Coutinho. (I have used Squawka stats).

2012/2013: 5 goals, 2 assists, 41 chances created
2013/2014: 16 goals. 11 assists. 70 chances created
2014/2015: 7 goals, 10 assists, 69 chances created
Phil Coutinho
Premier League:
2012/2013 (signed in Jan): 3 goals, 5 assists, 20 chances created
2013/2014: 5 goals, 7 assists, 64 chances created
2014/2015: 5 goals, 5 assists, 58 chances created
*bare in mind, these are official assists and not FPL assists. So you could be looking at a few more per season*
On to Benteke and Sturridge. Benteke has performed well off the bench since Klopp's arrival. 2 goals from 3 sub appearances from what I remember. Sturridge's on going injury crisis means he hasn't featured yet, but with more training sessions this week he'll come into contention. Liverpool are still in all 4 competitions and there'll be plenty of game time for these 2. One would imagine Sturridge is used sporadically for a few weeks, with Benteke and more recently, Firmino, being able to play up front. I wouldn't touch a Liverpool striker personally.
Klopp won't give anything away in his press conferences regarding selection. Henderson should be fit by the 3 weeks you ask. And Milner does have the license to attack, but lacks the quality Henderson would have in those positions.
