No one is a must have.
I agree it looks like he'll keep his place for now, I'm just not sure what will happen now Ramsey is back fit.

Yep I always end up benching them because they're cheaper than other players.

I think I've had two Danny Simpson CS's in my team out of all of them!

First 2 goals WHU scored came from balls lost by Iwobi.
Actually the disallowed goal Payet scored, also started from a ball lost by Iwobi.

Which GW34 WC team is better?

    A:

    Mig (Schwarzer)
    Gabriel Smalling Sakho (S.Taylor Simpson)
    Lanzini Payet Ozil Sanchez KdB
    Martial Aguero (Defoe)

    Then -4, Martial + KdB -> Coutinho + Kane

    B:

    Mig (Schwarzer)
    Bellerin Gabriel Smalling (Sakho Simpson)
    Sanchez Payet KdB Coutinho Lanzini
    Aguero Martial (Defoe)

    Then -4, Martial + KdB -> Kane + Mahrez

Odd question but it has relevance to my Sky team.

Who do you think is more likely to keep a clean sheet.

    A) Leicester today
    Or
    B) West Brom home to Watford next week.

    Thanks..

I think people are over-reacting on Everton players here, especially Lukaku and Lennon. Having just watched the highlights, these 2 had 7 shots between them and were unlucky not to get a goal! At least give them their second game before castigating them 😛

    GW35 question.

Are people planning on buying good players with good fixtures (Spurs, Saints) or buying Chelsea/Sunderland players with an eye on GW37?

    1. HVT

Should be Che/Sun-bum it I'd question Che players in right now, Sundy maybe-Defoe/Pva, Costa maybe Azpi if I had to from Che.

Chelsea players appear hard to pick, there doesn't seem to be many that are nailed on and Hiddink is giving a lot of the kids a go.

Not sure I can bring myself to buy Sunderland players against Arsenal when I could have Alli and Dier back at home to WBA or Pelle against Villa!

      That's a problem I've looked at, and I don't like many/any Che/Sun players - really don't see many options there.
I might only bring 1 player in on Gwk 35 and field 10 to preserve my DGW guys for Gwk 37, not sure yet.

The last double looks an absolute minefield.

Especially if City have nailed down the last top 4 spot by then and Sunderland are already down, then none of the 8 teams will have anything to play for!

    I'm in a sticky situation.

    Lukaku is on 93.5%
    Martial is on 93.1%
    (FPL STATS)

If Lukaku rises, I gain 0.1 more on him so I can make a profit. I'm planning on switching him to Martial though. So who do we think will rise first :/

      A little.

Though I do think there's been a bit of an overreaction against him after yesterday. He didn't play well at all but I don't think you can say he was personally at fault for any of the goals.

It also helps that they play Palace next who rely on pace.

      no.
None of Arsenal's defence could handle Carroll yesterday.
Kos is getting away with it a bit because he scored a goal. Carroll got at him and he backed off.
Just as much of an issue was the midfield and the fullbacks letting West Ham get the ball in the box so much particularly from wide areas.

    Pick 1 you'd rather have for DGW34?

    A) Iwobi (CPL, WBA)

    B) Firmino (bou, EVE)

Tough one. The difference in price swings it towards Iwobi, but he might start one from the bench. Firmino will probably start if he looks OK today/Thursday but he might get 60 -70 minutes only.

In a draft league, and purely for the next gameweek would you choose:

    A) Nasri (che) (new) - playing well, danger of rotation, but will definitely start one of the premier league games given their schedule and probably get 30mins of the other

    B) Sessegnon (WAT) (ars) - likely to start both games, playing further forward, but only 2 goals and 2 assists all season

    C) Antonio (lei) (WAT) - Byram/Collins back soon, so may be pushed further forward, real goal/assist threat, but looked knackered against Arsenal and will likely be benched for one game given the FA Cup game.

Does anyone else think there has been a massive overreaction to Gabriel's performance? Watching the highlights he wasn't at fault for any of the goals - he could do nothing about the 2nd goal, Monreal was at fault for the 1st and Bellerin for the 3rd (not to mention Bellerin was playing Lanzini onside for the offside goal).

Criticising him for not organising the defence, as Keown did on MotD, was total nonsense. Kosc is the experienced defender, I suspect the only one fluent in English, so its his defence to lead.

We have to keep him despite doubts, can't buy a good option for his value anyway!

Interesting. I haven't seen the game yet so I hope you're right. I've got a lot of time for Keown though so that's would be a worry although in theory Kos is the experienced one so...

I have no time for Keown at all. 🙂

However, Koscielny was certainly not helping.

So I have Dann & Jags and was planning on Dann to Clyne this week. What do I do now?

    A) Jags > Clyne
    B) Jags > Clyne & Dann > 6.6m (-4)

Anyone regretting filling team with Palace and Everton players?
Stupidly I took out Alderweireld , Ali and Kane....to see them score 30 plus points.
Praying Bolasie, that Donkey Lukaku and Lennon do it on Wednesday.

Yeah a lot of us in the same boat. The way we've been screwed so far. Bolasie will let us down again. Everton are just s**t.
Supporters want Martinez out, No evidence of the players trying.

I think we can all agree that week 1 of WCBB was a complete failure
