Dugout Discussion

Dugout Discussion – Saturday

After Man City edged past Leicester at the Etihad, we now focus our attentions on a trio of 3pm encounters.

Bournemouth’s in-form Josh King collides with a Burnley defence that’s conceded at least twice in three of their last four league matches.

Owned by 19% of FPL managers, the Norwegian has racked up 11 goals and a pair of assists in the previous 13 Gameweeks to climb into eighth spot in the midfield standings.

Sunderland play the first match of their Double Gameweek 37 as Swansea City make their way to Wearside.

In what may well be his final home outing for the Black Cats, Jermain Defoe has been captained by just over 44,000 FPL managers, with a midweek trip to the Emirates also on his agenda.

With their survival on the line, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Fernando Llorente will be vital for the Swans today.

Still owned by 10% of FPL managers, the Icelandic international has a goal and assist in his previous three, while Llorente was snapped up by almost 44,000 new owners after netting against Stoke and Everton over the same period.

Southampton also get the first of their Double Gameweek 37 matches underway. Jack Stephens owners are left disappointed as he drops to the bench, while Manolo Gabbiadini misses out altogether as Claude Puel attempts to improve a run that has seen the Saints fail to score in four of their last five league outings.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

As exciting as it is, Bayern have won it 5 years in a row now. Just as bad as the Italian league in predictability.

League is more than a title though. Race for relegation and CL has been engrossing all season, half the league was up for relegation a couple of weeks ago.

Gabbi > Llorente (FT) is a no brainer for the final week, right?

Can't believe I did the reverse for -4 a few weeks ago. One of the worst decisions of the year, and there have been many.

Monaco's youth runs deeper than this season's starting XI. They will be dangerous for years I think.
