Excess baggage checked in, deckchairs reserved and sun block applied – the Scoutcast team are all ready to hit the beach.

Smack in the middle of Gameweek 37, with points flowing from all angles, not even Hal Robson Kanu’s late goal can upset the pre-vacation mood.

Stringing five men across the midfield, Luke and Az join Jonty, Andy and myself for a bumper end of season episode as we tackle another volley of questions from you, the community.

We conduct a post-mortem on the flurry of chips, weigh up the Gameweek 38 punts, put together our final day Wildcard XI and take a look back on our own personal highs and lows of a topsy-turvy season.

After 128 minutes of that lot and sunstroke already setting in, we even forget to chat captains and transfers come the end, only to make amends later.

      Kane is now 16/1 to match Shearers record of 260 PL goals. I got 100/1 last year. 16/1 now still seems a good price.

      Kane and Davioes hauls helped me make up a 50pt deficit on 2nd place in my ML. We go into GW38 on level terms with 110 quid difference in money from 2-3. Each with 1 FT

      Kane, Jesus, Gabby
      0.1M ITB

      I'm thinking Gabby to Origi, Vokes or Llorente, but debating a hit to get Fab and Couts for Haz and JWP (3-5-2). Rival doesn't have Kane and lacks the cash to swap Costa for him straight up.

      I know it'll sound knee jerky but vardy hardly had a kick for 160-170 mins that he played in that double game week im not sure but I think his purple patch dried up soon as drinkwater was out.. so considering selling him instead of Costa to Sturridge on a ft?

      From what I remember from previous last games, was never to take hits, because of so many rotations / teams not caring, it's never really a high scoring week.

        I see little point in taking hits like that when you only have one game for it to pay off and GW38 is arguably the most unpredictable of the season.
