The whole Chelsea team should be flagged as doubts because Conte says there are 2 or 3 players who need late fitness tests and might not make the game, but won't tell you who exactly.

You know how the media work. They just copy and paste stories from each other in a game of Chinese whispers. That link above is a prime example. There's no news without evidence. Anyone can claim to 'understand' that something is the case.
Coutinho is also a doubt for us because he didn't train, but it's not enough to warrant a yellow flag according to FPL protocols, and I think that is a good thing.

Conte hasn't been cagey about Morata's injury. He said nothing. You are the one assuming the injury, or deciding he is injured based on other sources, not Conte. Otherwise you're falling into the traps set by the headlines.

It's not fake news. It's unverified. There is a scale of how reliable information is and different thresholds for what action should be taken.
Scout tweets report any minor and fairly interesting reports as well as the serious ones.
FPL flaggings have a higher threshold and result when there is serious confirmed information from the club.
