Dugout Discussion – Spurs vs Everton

Attention now turns to Wembley Stadium and, in particular, the fortunes of Harry Kane as Spurs host Everton.

Kane was brought in by 288,000+ ahead of today’s deadline, second only to Manchester United’s Jesse Lingard. He is backed by over 1.8 million with the armband as he bids to shake off memories of the double Gameweek disappointment.

Meanwhile, Son Heung-min heads into this contest with his ownership bloated by the recent investment ahead of Spurs’ two Gameweek 22 fixtures. Now part of 745,000 squads, he is looking to score for a fifth successive home match.

Dele Alli also has form – he’s supplied two goals and four assists over his last four Gameweek starts, while Christian Eriksen boasts just two assists over the same period.

Cenk Tosun will be the centre of attention for Everton. He could yet supply Fantasy managers with a mid-price forward solution and has already been snapped up by 27,000+ managers before kicking a Premier League ball.

      0.1 itb been told this is rubbish for a WC team but don’t know why. I’m playing 451 everyone has good fixtures. I’ve been told defence too expensive but a CS for someone who is 5-6m is good value considering it’s the same amount of points for goal for a striker, which is rare to find a good one with the same value.

        I think id maybe downgrade keepers a bit and upgrade one of ur strikers to at least a playing fodder. You basically have 0 bench cover for bans, injuries or rotation, will be an issue for you especially if city vs arsenal and Chelsea vs man u is called off gw28 !

          For me a bench fodder is someone who can get a couple of points every other game. I’m not expecting them to be goal scorers. Mcburnie has played a lot recently and is the cheapest striker. I know what you mean about quaner though and Edwards has also played a lot recently and stoke have good fixtures

          It’s actually ok. No point having Adrian if you have Courtouis as you will never play him. You have nobody on the bench who is any good at all either. I’d lose Adrian and upgrade Edwards. I would want to have 5 defenders who are decent options so you can rotate a little with fixtures and then also have a little depth on the bench. Look like you have low team value or have left it late to get players who rose in price a lot?

                  The choice bring in Aguero instead of kane looks like it will sting me. However brining in kane wouldn't have allowed to bring back Salah into my team.

                      I think Aguero and Salah probably outscore Kane and whoever is in place of Salah for the next 4-5. I agree that Kane is more essential than not though!
