It was a short term question given we knew Willian was short term.
True, but Alonso still outdid him without being on the form he is now. Not by a truckload.

Until Willian was dropped to bench:
Willian: 22

As far as I can tell, that 16 points counts towards Alonso's overall tally.

I had neither. Alonso vs Spurs is normally a 2 pointer.
Willian also normally doesn't get attacking returns.
15/16 season he was involved in a goal every 183 mins. Last season, every 139 mins.
Last season, Alonso got a return every 75mins.
If we discount Alonso's returns, we should discount Willian's too.

Net is mostly about gaining Alonso & Pogba (Alli vs Son). Don't think I'd wildcard for that, but team's ok. Might want to find RLC alternative if he's not playing/injured. 2/3 non-players also a risk if there are blanks.

I'd be looking at selling DCL, looks great otherwise!
I would do DCL to Wilson for this week. Save the other transfer.
Next week you could do Son to Pogba and then upgrade Mbemba to Tomkins.
This would strengthen your bench.

Thanks! I'm pretty covered for GW28, I'd get Pope/Pickford for Courtois after GW27, 6 of my Front 7 will play GW28 as do 3/4 my DF's, I have 0.7mITB to upgrade Mbemba if I can't field an XI but 9 of those^ have a Fixture + Pope/Pickford
I'm getting rid or courtois in gw27 as well. He has served me well along with Alonso and still has a few good fixtures till then.
I'm looking at foster (Good fixtures) as a replacement in conjunction with adrian. Foster has a better gw28 fixture.

I figured all of the defenders I already had had good fixtures and Alonso is a must have so I brought him in as well as Lanzini. Seems like defenders and midfielders are getting the lot of points this season. Wanted to off load Morata, and I'm a form over fixture guy, but their fixtures are too good to get rid of him now
Lanzini as a differential too because a lot of people are starting to bring in Arny
Bit week on the bench but a strong line up. I'd do morata to firmino and get a better first sub.
