Given Sergio Aguero’s 21-point impact – and the fact that the ScoutCast crew all missed out – we just couldn’t neglect the opportunity to front up and give our verdict on the Kanexit#2.

Jonty, Andy and Az join me in attempting to justify our actions and dismiss our disappointment before we debate whether the Argentinian should be now ruthlessly ejected from squads.

              Because he was NEVER given an actual run in the team. No matter how crap or injured Morata was, or how crap Hazard made the whole team as a 9, he wouldn't play Mitchy. 324 minutes is only 3.6 games. Everyone in the league has been useless for that long at some point. And surely his fantastic form from the other games he started, where he consistently scored big game winning goals, hugely overshadows those 324 minutes. It's a disgrace to waste such a talent.

              I'm just venting about Chelsea's transfers in general, which are nothing short of negligent.
              This season they brought in Morata, Giroud, Barkley, Bakayoko, Drinkwater, and Emerson, none of whom were fit to start playing for at least a couple games when we needed immediate replacements.
              Clearly the quality of all those signings when fit also leaves so much to be desired.
              Got rid of Matic (to a rival), RLC, and Chalobah for a completely worthless Bakayoko.
              Got rid of Costa and Batshuayi for a borderline useless Morata.
              Got rid of Cech (to a rival).
              Salah, KDB, Lukaku (before United, ha).
              Even getting rid of Ake in the midst of a central defensive mini-crisis.

              It's beyond frustrating.

        Don't believe so. There were also 9 sub appearances for the prem, but they were typically less than 10 minutes. 2 EFL Cup subs as well.
        Also forgot to mention:

        Champions League: 1 start (4 subs) = 2 goals.
        Europa League: 1 start = 2 goals.

          He subbed 29 minutes vs Watford for his only 2 PL goals. Useful for the other 324 minutes.

      If you have 2 ft's change a keeper to a GW31 keeper.
      Look to upgrade Quaner/RLC sometime too.

    I'm currently at 400k. What do you think the lowest rank I could get from there until the end of the year is(not where I'll actually end)? Hoping for a top 20k finish after going from 1m to 66k in the final 15 weeks last year. In case you're wondering I have all chips available

        My only worry is with both teams looking like they will qualify for CL next round and Spurs also in FA Cup it could mean rotation for both and tripling up on attack might not be worth it.

    I've pulled together the fixture difficulty for Gameweeks 28-33 (excluding 31 as this is the BGW when I'll be using my Free Hit).
    As I'm planning to wildcard in week 34 this is really useful for me as I know which teams have easy upcoming fixtures.
    So you can see that Leicester and Burnley have the easiest fixtures and Crystal Palace have the hardest.
    If anyone else is using the same strategy with their chips it should be useful for you!

      The thing with Mahrez is he going to down tools now that the transfer window is closed?

      His form coming into and during the window was scintillating trying to get the move no doubt but it was pretty so so before that and my worry with him is that he might regress to that mindset.

    Morning everyone, any news on Gomes and Heaton? Thinking of WCing during the next 2 GWs and both are the keepers i consider to get since they have a great rotation but both injured atm.

      From February 13th (Lancashire Telegraph):

      Defour and Brady will be out for the rest of the season but captain Heaton is closing on a return and could play for the Under-23s in the next couple of weeks.

      I wouldn’t get Gomes btw.

        Much better situation than me!

        I want to take a risk on differential picks but if they fail I would fall further behind. Want to sell aguero but I know he won't get rid so keeping pace with him for now.

        I'm don't think he will react to GW31 as I manage him and his attention to detail is poor.

          Stay calm, prepare for GW 31 within reason, and use your chips judiciously and you'll make it. I closed a 200 point gap last season in 10 weeks.
