Dugout Discussion – Man United vs Chelsea

Sunday’s Premier League action is completed by a potentially tumultuous clash at Old Trafford as Manchester United host champions Chelsea.

Inevitably the head-to-head between Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte will hog the media spotlight but the interest of Fantasy managers is likely to lie elsewhere.

David De Gea is the top owned asset on show – he remains part of 43.2% of squads with his managers hoping that the Spaniard can help his side to a sixteenth clean sheet of the season. He’s kept three successive shut-outs at Old Trafford.

But Chelsea have the weaponry to breach Mourinho’s rearguard.

Both Eden Hazard and Willian arrive in superb form, though the pair are relative differentials, owned by 7.9% and 7.5% respectively.

Hazard has six goals in his last six Gameweeks while Willian arrives having scored in an impressive midweek showing against Barcelona. The Brazilian has two goals and three assists in his last two Premier League starts.

That pair will flank Alvaro Morata who earns a recall and first start since Gameweek 23.

Marcos Alonso remains a far more popular Blues asset, though he has lost over 364,000 owners over the last two Gameweeks heading into this afternoon’s encounter. However, the wing-back is still part of 1.1 million squads.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Exactly this. But happens to West Ham, Watford, QPR etc. too. London attracts average players to those clubs who are looking for the London life and not to improve the club / team.

This Carabao final result is going to make PL rather interesting, with MCI having some bad fixtures coming up.

ARS need a strong rebound from this defeat, so the Thursday game will be exciting if MCI drops points.

A fool can't be shame twice. ARS will be the biggest joker of a team all season if they lose this Thursday.

Fighting for a spot in Top Four, fresh from a memory of defeat to the same team in a cup final, I am sure they will be very worked up to fight for a win.

One of the worst commentaries I've ever heard brought to us by Gary Neville.

Yes this is a poor Arsenal team by their standards and yes they have been thumped by one of the best teams we've ever seen in the prem....but that relentless monologue was just over the top.

He's supposed to be providing commentary for millions watching at home...not relentlessly going on and on about how sh*te he thinks Arsenal are.....
