Interesting going without Kane. thinking of doing something similar now that I've been priced out of it!

My plan was always to get him for 36 as I have no FH. I may drop Alli or Son or even Alonso if he hasn’t performed for me by then

    Thanks for your comments.

Not for a hit - city at home looks like 1 or 2 points and then a possible clean sheet. 8 in total -4 = 4 points.

Mustafi has a goal in him and a possible clean sheet.

Best way to enable Kane in?

    A. Alonso to Tarkowski
    B. Son to Gross/Lingard
    C. Willian to 4,9m mid (already have Kenedy and not many other options I think)

Personally I feel like A is the best move, but your thoughts would be well appreciated.

    Thanks.

DONE - transfers saved and BB activated - big relief to be honest.
Here's how they line up with a BB and will FH in GW35:

    £0.2itb
    DDG
    Alonso, Vertonghen, Morgan
    Salah, Eriksen (V), Son, Willian
    Lukaku (C), Vardy, Barnes

    (Ryan) (Lowton, Mili, Mustafi)

    Looking decent?
Silly question - on a BB it doesn't matter who is on the bench vs on the pitch or bench order does it?

Very nice if i got without Kane I will likely be very very similar to this. differences would be:
      Gross instead of mili
      Dunk instead of Vertongen
      Smalling instead of Mustafi

It doesn't matter as long as VC and C are on the pitch!

Yeah Im really not sure about Kane yet. Id lose my balance and have less DGWers
Gross to Mili is a great move given the run in! palace playing for something with better fixtures! any other moves?

For me it comes down to one of these:
          1)Auba,Son,Stephens > Kane,Lingard,Ward -4
          2)Auba,Mahrez,Stephens >Vardy,Eriksen,Smalling -4
          3)Stephens,Auba > Vardy, Smalling
          4) something else

Agreed I just got priced out of Kane last night. unless I go

This is exactly what I did - so I hope so!
I wanted Lukaku and will get Kane in for GW36

It's obviously possible he runs absolutely rampant but on balance Eriksen, Alli (and maybe even Son) could just as easily be sharing in those points

Currently have 10DGW. Also currently have 7 playing in 35 (no FH)
+Could get Lukaku + smalling (-4), or lukaku + ??? (-4) (cant do auba to kaku straight)

Given this, is it still worth BB34 for me? or would i be be to get in lukaku and someone, then TC lukaku/kane (originally planned to TC37 kane)

To summarise, is BB34 worth it with no FH35 and 10dgw players that could become 12 for a -4?

*also, mee robertson and vdH are doubts but i reckon at least mee and rob should play*

    C. Mahrez+Mustafi -> Eriksen+Smaling (-4)
    D. Smalling -> Mustafi

thoughts on the following 2 options?

    A. BB in 34 with Mcarthur (BRI) Dummet (ARS) Francis (liv MUN) Hennessey (BRI)
TC in 34 with Kane (wba NEW)

This option means i get Lowton (LEI CHE) in 34 and will keep Lukaku (bri whu) in 37 (no hit)

    B. TC in 34 with Lukaku (WBA bou)
BB in 37 with Ayew (SOU bou) Dummet (wat tot) Francis (SWA) Hennessey (stk)

This option means i get Morgan (bur SOU) in 34 and bring in Aubamayang (BUR lei) in 37 (for a 4 point hit)

    Kane // Auba // Deeney

    Karius // Gudmondsson // Mustafi // Kiko

24 points ahead of second place in winner take all $600 cash prize. He has 14 dgw players & FH next week (I dont have FH).

His differentials that can hurt this week - Lukaku, Vardy, Alonso, (Lingard?)

    I am thinking:
    A) Match him, damage control this week & multiple hits to get a side out next week :- Auba, Deeney & Mane ---> Lukaku (c), Vardy, Lingard (-8)

    B) Go slight differential :- Auba & Mane ---> Vardy & Sanchez (c) (-4)

Or C) Take the lashes this week and take 2 FTs forward to get out a decent team without multiple hits next week

      1. Deulofail
        • 8 Years

Yeah I really want to choose a more exciting option, but I'm starting to take a bite of the sensible sandwich, and coming round to the idea of just taking the 4 points. That said, Spurs could put 2 goals+ past Brighton, which makes it only 3pts, and Masuaku is expected 3.5 by RMT.

If it's a really close call, I might prioritise a single gameweeker, since they all have a better DGW37 than Brighton (even though the player I get now may well be on the bench in GW37 anyway).

Which looks better as a three?

    A) Smalling, Son and Lukaku
    B) Masuaku*, Son and Kane
    C) Smalling, Lingard and Kane (-4)

*could be Kiko or Kevin Long if Mee is injured.

Might be getting him back next week.
For now I will just enjoy Eriksen outscore him once more.
