    Question: how much of Agueo do you need to see before you bring him in. I think Burnley will be much tougher than the dark blue on the season tracker. It Fulham could be a cricket score. So what does ag need to do V Burnley to bring him in ahead of Fulham?

      Question two. How important do you think squad value is at this stage?

      I’ve got a rank of 90k and a value of 104.5. Pretty good, but I’m holding Kane Vs a switch to say, Vardy, Jesus or Aguero because I’m sure I’ll want him back and can’t bear the 0.3m more I’d have to pay in a month’s time

        I wouldn’t say this is a squad value question but I think you’re probably right to keep Kane over these alternatives. Think Vardy will do well against Fulham but he’s not as good long term and Man City strikers is a lottery. A viable alternative would be to work towards KDB and Watkins instead but currently prefer Salah and Bruno if only two premium mids. Well done on your position btw

        0.3 in TV equates to about 6 points over a season. If you think Vardy or Aguero won't outscore Kane by this much before you want him back after the tough fixtures then by all means hold.

            There was an article about it on here last season (or maybe the season before last). If anyone can find it that would be great. I'm not even going to pretend to remember how they worked it out but it was very convincing and the conclusion was over the course of a season 0.5 TV over an opponent = an extra 10 points over the course of a season. So the impact of losing 0.3 of TV over say 5-10 games (or even more) is almost zero.

            Although I never learn, I'm terrible for chasing value -currently sitting on 104.1 having sold Kane & Son.

              Thanks PS, I simply can't believe that the article is particularly helpful, I'm not the top tier of FPL managers but like to think I do OK. The key thing about transfer value is the NUMBER OF OPTIONS that it gives you. With this in mind I find it very hard to believe that a gain in 0.3 TV at this stage would only gain you 6 points.

              Anyway more importantly your link suggests you're Villa so good luck for the rest of the season and UTV

      Have Kane too and don’t wanna really get rid of Son but it’s the only way I’d be able to get Mo back. If I went Sterling I’d swap for Mo in GW 12.

          Its not a crisis, but double Sotton defence feels bad. Same with Ayling, Mitchell, J.Rodriguez (harder games coming up) and kinda same with Werner and Ziyech...feels so much more premium the second team. Better balance, no?

          not sure about Soucek as 5th mid in a 3-5-2...what about Soucek to Jota? You can ship JRod next week
