Sponsored by bet365

Double Gameweek 19 kicks off today so we are turning to the odds provided by our official sportsbook partner, bet365, to take a few modest punts on the forthcoming Premier League action.

As ever, we urge you to gamble responsibly and always remember: when the fun stops, stop.

The Fantasy Flutter: Betting odds on the weekend’s Premier League action 2

Odds for the Gameweek 19 matches are:

The Fantasy Flutter: Betting odds on the midweek Premier League action 5

PAY THE PENALTY

Bruno Fernandes’ penalty-taking responsibilities could help him get on the scoresheet when Manchester United visit Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.

The Reds have given up five spot-kicks this season, the joint-third-highest in the division thus far behind only Leeds and Brighton.

With Jurgen Klopp’s men more vulnerable in that department than most, Fernandes’ odds of 7/1 to score the first goal at Anfield are attractive indeed.

Those who fancy the game to be low-scoring, considering the two clubs each have two clean sheets in their last four league matches, might prefer going for under 2.5 goals at 6/5.

2 Goals Ahead Early Payout Offer

Get your single bets paid out if the team you back goes 2 goals ahead – for multiple bets the selection will be marked as a winner.

Applies to pre-match bets on the standard Full Time Result market for selected competitions. Bet restrictions and T&Cs apply. New and eligible customers only.

FOLLOW THE LEED

No team has defended set pieces worse than Leeds in the last four matches, giving up 20 chances from such situations, the highest in the Premier League.

Brighton could take advantage of that, with Adam Webster and Lewis Dunk leading the way for efforts in the box among the club’s defenders over the same period.

Webster is top of that and can offer first scorer at 33/1 while Dunk can offer odds of 28/1 to opening the scoring at Elland Road.

Webster and Dunk are also 11/1 and 10/1 respectively to find the net anytime.

Each Way First Goalscorers

Place an Each Way First Goalscorer bet on any Soccer match.

If your player scores at any time during the game in 90 minutes play, we will pay you out at 1/3 odds for unlimited places.

STRAIGHT OUT OF LEFT-FIELD

West Ham could find joy on their left-hand side when they host Burnley on Saturday afternoon.

The Clarets have given up 40 chances on their right-hand side in away matches this season, the most of any Premier League club.

That could boost the appeal of Pablo Fornals, who is 9/1 to score first at the London Stadium.

Considering Burnley have also failed to score in three of their last five Premier League meetings, selecting West Ham for the result and No for Both Teams to score at 15/8 looks appealing.

Bore Draw Money Back

Refund for any Soccer game that finishes 0-0 at bet365.

Risky but I'd do it for free. Newcastle are so negative they barely give Wilson anything to work with, relying on scraps and pens and they've been lucky to get as many pens as they have given the lack of attacking. There's a lot of potential upside with Antonio.

should i bring 2 west ham players ? Antonio & Soucek for a hit ? by replacing both Wilson & saka ?

I'd only do it for a hit if you want them beyond the DGW too instead of who you are taking out.

saka yo soucek im doing it and for wilson i dont think i need him anytime soon so taking a hit is a good idea or I can just do saka to soucek and pray that Antonio get less min to play as per the rumors, west ham have a new striker up their ranks and hope he starts

Hmm not sure I’m too happy about getting three villa players with the covid situation on mute. But final decision for me

    Two strikers £12.4m budget...
obvious one is Watkins and Antonio

Considering wood though due to covid

Salah to KDB for a hit? Sounds crazy so maybe I’m overthinking it but kdb bas better fixtures for the next few gws after this one as well. Kdb has been unlucky to not haul recently and it feels like one is coming (unless he just struggles to finish big chances). If I do it though I feel like Liverpool will rediscover their attacking form and salah will go off. Thoughts?

      We don’t know.

It’s the risk you take with him though. Worth it with the potential upside for me. If you want security if starts then Dias is your guy.

Agree. Can Cancelo in 1 game outscore Dias in 2 is the question. Also Pep being Pep, he might take one of them off before 60 min mark if City is 3-0 up

    Martinez / Wood - Stones - Mitchell

    Captaincy thinking:
    - MU only had one goal against the big 6, this season and Fulham defense looks more solid recently...Surely Bruno not an option
    - KDB looks tired, Jesus is back. He surely will be rested in one Game
    - Salah has more rests than any other players, and plays Burnley too at home
Will go for Salah (c) undoubtely

Morning guys - is KDB essential for this game week? I only have 1FT so will have to take a hit or 2.

    McCarthy
    Dias - Chilwell - KWP
Salah - Bruno - Rashford- Son - Soucek
    Bamford - Vardy

    Subs : Watkins - Johnson - Bernando

Was thinking Dias, Son, Watkins > Stones, KDB, Brewster (-8)

They could however if you have a solid 4th or even more a 5th defender I think Cancelo & Stones are the better options personally.

Cheers, that was my other option although not many fit strikers in the £8m bracket atm

Would you BB with this one?
    McCarthy, Justin, Bamford, Raphinha

Thinking of switching McCarthy—>Mendy for -4, as Chelsea have DGW and good fixtures after that...worth it?

Fabianski would be my top GK choice for this DGW.
      And no I wouldn't.

    My team

    McCarthy
    TAA Cancelo Aurier
    Salah Fernandes Raphinha Soucek
    Vardy Wood Watkins
    Bench: Ryan Zaha Mitchell Taylor

    Would you
    A) Fernandes, Taylor, and Ryan to Areloa, Coufal, and KDB (-8)and use bench boost of McCarthy, Zaha, Mitchell, Aurier
    B) Zaha and Taylor for Ziyech and Coufal/Stones for a - 4
    C) Fernandes to KDB and triple captain KDB
    D) roll out free transfer and keep team as it is

I don't like any of those trades so D.

Going without KDB in that double Gameweek sound risky. Should I do Zaha to Foden or Bernardo Silva instead

Am I right in thinking Spurs will have a DGW in a few weeks?

Trying to work out if Son/Kane TC in a later double could be a better choice than KDB this week...

Yeah they will definitely have a double within the next 6 GWs.

In 26, surely. It looks like it will be a very good one too.

Thanks all. I think I'm going to save TC for that double.

Well over 200k have brought Wilson in this week. Quite baffling considering Newcastle's diabolical, negative mid-week performance.

Just shows what a DGW does to people's ability to think rationally.

I traded him in last week before the DGW had been confirmed, going to get a bonus 0.1 that I wasn't expecting.

Hmm having a last minute crisis...

Need to make a transfer so I can get KDB in for Mahrez. What transfer should I do for -4?
Kane to Antonio (already have Soucek & Bowen)
    or
    Klich to Smith Rowe
