Minimising investment in goalkeepers has long been a popular adage among seasoned Fantasy managers. Year after year, we find ourselves searching for budget offerings who offer the sought-after combination of clean sheet and save-point potential.

The wider meta, however, often runs contrary to this strategy – with premium goalkeepers such as Thibaut Courtois, Hugo Lloris and David de Gea consistently ranking among the most popular players in Fantasy Premier League in terms of ownership.

Hello there, kindly need your help

    Elliott
    Ota-Bavies-Jones-Ward
    Hazard-Salah-Eriksen-Richarlison Kun-Morata
    (Foster-Joselu-Caroll-Mbemba)

    For this week:
    A. Hold FT
    B. Hazard(likely injured)+Joselu --> Lukaku+RLC (-4)
    C. Bavies --> Moreno, next week Kun --> Kane

Options B will make me play with 3 heavy hitters and 433 formation.
    Options C will play 442.

    Thanks, sorry repost.

Hazard isn't a doubt for saturday according to Belgium media.

If you want to shift to 433 I like option B.

      Kane can wait till GW15.

That's exactly what he can't wait with. 3 away fixtures in the next 4 for Kane = Points galore.

Seen a lot people mentioning Lukaku is a good option for only 3 weeks.

He had 3 goals in 4 matches against Arsenal & City last season.

After those 2 matches United again go on a brilliant run of fixtures from GW17-27 (only Spurs the tough fixture in GW25).

If he performs in the next 3 I think he stays in my team for the 2 tough fixtures also.

The big doubt is about United and their lack of a functional and collective attacking system. I don't think that Mou just suddenly hits a switch and then United will continue to beat teams 4-0 every game. I think the early results flattered their overarching weaknesses in attack.

You had to wait for the Sunday morning sports supplement to see how your team had done back then.I can still remember the excitement running to the paper shop early morning in all weathers and the anticipation as you turned straight to the sports supplement only to see if triple captain Charlie George had done owt.

Yeah forget Moreno just double checked fixtures.Bournemouths next 4 or 5 are pretty juicy and Daniels does have assist potential.Hoping not to have to use Naughton much as i dont really trust Swans defence.
