Bournemouth without Wilson and Brooks at Cardiff

Bournemouth are without both Callum Wilson (£6.4m) and David Brooks (£5.1m) for their Gameweek 25 trip to Cardiff City.

Dominic Solanke (£4.7m) comes in for the latter, who was reported to be injured for several weeks in the media on Friday night.

Eddie Howe has deployed the former Liverpool man, making his Premier League debut, alongside the in-form Josh King (£6.4m) at the front of a 4-4-2 formation.

Meanwhile, Ryan Fraser (£6.1m) and Junior Stanislas (£6.0m) retain their places on the flanks.

Victor Camarasa (£4.6m) remains absent for Cardiff, meaning another start in central midfield for Aron Gunnarsson (£4.4m).

Oumar Niasse (£5.0m) leads the Bluebirds’ line, with Callum Paterson (£5.0m) pushed out onto the right wing.

Bournemouth XI: Boruc; Smith, Ake, S Cook, Clyne; Fraser, Surman, Gosling, Stanislas; King, Solanke.

Cardiff XI: Etheridge; Bennett, Bamba, Ecuele Manga, Peltier; Reid, Ralls, Gunnarsson; Murphy, Paterson; Niasse.

    Bournemouth lack the incisiveness to play a possession based game. Also they don't pile enough into the box when they are on the attack.

        They are crossing into the box when all the Cardiff players are 6ft 2in and taller.

        You can see why Bournemouth are better when they take the lead, because they can't chase games.
