Antonio the most-owned player on show for West Ham v Leicester

Fantasy Premier League’s (FPL) second-most popular forward, Michail Antonio (£7.6m), starts as West Ham United take on Leicester City in the first Monday night football fixture of the new season.

There are no real shocks in either line-up, with both sides unchanged from Gameweek 1.

At West Ham, Vladimir Coufal (£5.0m) and Aaron Cresswell (£5.5m) both start in defence, with Jarrod Bowen (£6.5m), Said Benrahma (£6.1m) and Pablo Fornals (£6.0m) lining up behind Antonio in David Moyes’ 4-2-3-1 formation.

Arthur Masuaku (£4.5m) remains out with a knee problem.

As for Leicester, Harvey Barnes (£7.0m) – owned by 11.3% of FPL managers – starts for the visitors, alongside James Maddison (£6.9m), Jamie Vardy (£10.5m) and £4.0m defender Daniel Amartey.

Ryan Bertrand (£4.9m) is still unavailable due to the positive test that also caused him to miss last week’s match with Wolverhampton Wanderers, while new signing Jannik Vestergaard (£5.0m) has picked up an injury in training and is not included in the squad.

Kick-off at the London Stadium is at 20:00 BST.

    Thinking they won't want to rush Vestergaard back, especially after a fresh injury and little to no match fitness.

                Only issue i see for this is Duffy getting dropped which would mean livramento only option come week 5 but then Williams may be starting for Norwich so not a massive issue.

                    The problem is Potter dropped him in his first season, loaned him out last season, and was trying to sell him just a few weeks ago. He's praising him now but I would suggest his past actions probably say more about whether he rates him or not. The issue with Duffy has always been his inability to play the kind of possession game Potter likes and I think for that reason he'll eventually get dropped.

              Have you looked at where the big hitters are so far, more 10m+ attacking options than ever before? With Salah, Bruno and Lukaku all marginally essential, no excuse not to cut where it's possible.

              There are no sub 4.5 midfielders in the game-- and even if there were, they won't start regularly or get the occasional goal/assist like these defenders are doing atm.

    Anyone else looking at the Chelsea full backs? They could be season keepers like once TAA and Robbo were when their price was around 5m. There could even be a case for 4-4-2 with a defence of TAA-James-Chilwell-Shaw. I'm considering moving Digne to James, but not sure when to do it, Chelsea have some tough fixtures, but they're at the City-LFC 90 points season level and James is pretty attacking, while Everton is pretty terrible at the back and even with favorable fixtures doesn't look like keeping many clean sheets.

      Feels like having James might be the safest of the lot - Alonso/Chillwell is hard to know which way the wind blows.

      I think regardless of fixtures they're a good option though - great team defense and attacking potential...James at 5.5 seems a better option than Shaw to me.

      Horrible team IMO. Dennis is completely unproven so far and you've got 3 defenders at risk they might get dropped at some point, a 4th that will be rotated and then no flexibility to move to anyone else because of owning all those premiums.

        Livramento is a lock based on his performances and managers comments.

        Dennis is a extremely cheap punt with decent fixtures and a high ceiling ( good underlying numbers and has some form in past - CL brace against real madrid)

      I've manged Salah, Son and Lukaku.
      Too much compromise * elsewhere to squeeze the extra 2.0 for Bruno

      * compromise - the team feels better balanced with Son over Bruno

        The counter argument is there is also plenty of decent cheap options this year and you can guarentee points from the normal staple of Salah TAA Bruno Lukaku etc
