For me to upgrade Mateta to Richarlison for my BB this week, I need to either downgrade James or Havertz. Which would you rather lose and why?

Another hit or two gives me a better BB squad for 36, but a severe benching headache in 37. So what do you do? Relieve yourself and not take said hits for 36...??
