Another unplayable performance from Marouane Fellaini, ably supported by a string of outstanding Everton displays, lights up this weekend’s Big Numbers analysis, while the likes of Pablo Hernandez, Christian Benteke, Nicky Shorey, Robin Van Persie and Luis Suarez crash the party. Here’s our choice of the key statistics on show in the Gameweek so far…
definitely E
Open ControlsIf Rooney had converted the penalty he would have scored higher than Rvp. You need tp decide whether Rooney can outscore RvP or not. Then choose between D & E.

Really frustrating that Demel is dropping like a stone...I bought him at 4.1 on my wildcard and now he looks like he could drop to 4.0...what a drag...thinking I might do something stupid and swap him out for a 4-4.2m defender for a 4 point hit...just to avoid losing money...am I mad?
Open ControlsI know this may sound mad, but I'm highly considering
Pienaar+Tevez --> Fellaini+Jelavic (-4)
Really backing the Toffees for nexft 3: SUN, rea, NOROpen ControlsHi folks, worth FT and most importantly, a hit?
(1) FT: Fletcher > Ba
(2) Hit: Toure > ValenciaOpen Controls1) Wait to see if Ba is fit.
2) Not for a hitOpen ControlsBit annoying to wait. 😆 I don't usually do last-minute transfer, but I guess I have no choice.
Open Controls
1) maybe... depends on if ba is fit or not
2) surely!!!Open ControlsValencia looks the more better prospect among the rest and he looks like he's going to rise soon. Thinking of Fellaini but I still have faith in Pienaar.
Open Controlsi think now is the time to get in valencia. he will start firing next week or the week after imo. better to jump on now as opposed to jumping on the bandwagon later and missing out on points and rises
unfortunately i got on one week to early and shipped caz this week for him 🙁Open ControlsDo you expect SAF to bench him in the next few GWs? The fixtures look easy. What that means is SAF likes to rotate around. 🙁
Open Controls
No to Valencia, plenty of cheaper and better options. He's off form and looks unmotivated and Rafael seems the main attacking threat down the right.
Open ControlsBut get rid of Toure - just for someone else.
Open ControlsJOA, thoughts and opinions on Fellaini?? Worth ditching Pienaar for him?
Open ControlsThe endless points chasing between Fellaini to Pienaar and Pienaar to Fellaini is quite a common theme each week. Reminds me of the whole Bale > Hazard > Bale > Hazard > Cazorla > Mata > Cazorla business. I wouldn't do it for a hit but worth considering on a free if the rest of your team is fine.
Open ControlsCan only do it for a hit.. not worth it? Fellaini looks really appealing right now..
Open ControlsHe does, but he just not sure I'd do it for (-4) considering he is on 4 yellows and is a big danger of missing one of the next 3 good fixtures before they turn to shite.
Open Controls
Since I have Cazorla, Mata and Pienaar, I was thinking of going for a punt. Valencia still hasn't yet delivered good fantasy points but with the fixtures looking great coming up, I fancy him to do well. If I were to have Fellaini, I'd look to upgrade Pienaar instead.
Open ControlsThe fixtures are good but he has very little goal threat, goals are what get you baps and as I said he is off form. There probably 10 midfielders who are either slightly more expensive or much cheaper that I expect to equal or better his returns. An on form Valencia was great last season when he was returning from injury at 7.5-7.8 but at 8.6+ and very much out of form I don't see the temptation.
Open Controls
TW, you around? I'd like to join if possible. 🙂
Open Controlsis sterling the best mf 5.2 or less or is there anyone else i'm missing?
Open ControlsNight all. Been a long weekend! Good luck to those with Foster, Morrisson, Lambert etc.
Open ControlsHangeland -> McCartney
Is that a good free transfer?
I'm aware that West Ham have horrendous fixtures but he rotates well with Wilson so I'm OK with that.
The cash will help with future upgrades I'm planning such as getting rid of Lambert, getting a big hitting defender, upgrading Kaca/Pienaar etcOpen ControlsMe - 34 points + foster
opponents - 36 points
i think this will be very close game for me this season ... Anyways have to deal with this shitty points for this gwOpen Controlssot 0 goals - you win
sot 1 goal - tie (unless save points)
sot 2 goals - he wins (unless save points)
think you've got the upper handOpen Controls
Is Wilkinson going to be nailed on while Wilson is out? Who are the other contenders for that position?
Open ControlsMy understanding is that Wilkinson is pretty safe - but that Cameron is the more attacking option if you can afford the extra 0.1
Open ControlsLol. I couldnt afford Cameron as I wanted Ba and had just enough cash. Then Ba dropped in value, and now Cameron has gone up. So Im worried I choose wrong...
Open Controls
Was Defoe subbed off (56th minute) due to injury?
Open ControlsNah because he was crap, for the second week in a row.
Think AVB will start Adebayor soon enough, and rightly so. Consistently benching two of the best players gets you results such as losses to Wigan and Norwich..Open Controls
Victor Moses anyone? Averaging 11 points are start....
😉 😉Open ControlsAny noises about a Kolarov start over the next two? I wouldn't mind giving him TOT, AVL, before shipping him out.
I could do Bale + Defoe > Knightly + RVP for a 4 pt hit this week, and then downgrade Kolarov to upgrade one of my mids to Valencia in time for QPR
Or just do Kolarov + Bale + Defoe > Cameron + 7m + RVP / Cameron + Valencia + Rooney. For an 8pt hit this week.Open Controlsi'd say the 8pt hit (as i've already told you :D). ramirez for the 7m mf if you go for rvp
Open Controlsif Kolarov won't play, I would be all for it. I would just hate to take an 8pt hit to get him out, then he actually does something! That would be the ultimate kick in the teeth!
I will probably only do an 8pt hit if I get RVP. As I wouldn't captain Rooney away at avl. Would you still say ramirez, if I am holding onto Lambert?Open Controlsyeah it would be! but its mancini and kolorov so i doubt we'll know!
good point. yes get ramirez. then you'll feel more comfortable shipping lambert if he seems to be a rotation risk still. not sure who else you'd get for 7.0 in all honesty... cuz did afro more than that now?Open Controls
why do you want to ship bale though? isn't there anyone else you can get rid of instead?
Open ControlsBale's fixtures go ugly for a month or so. I might get him back later. The only other options that would release enough money to avoid having to take loads of hits would be Baines, Carzola or Suarez.
Open Controls
What happened to sticking with the plan until January? 😉 Haha.
I'd get RVP, for sure, but I don't like Bale out. He thrives in bigger games and once Adebayor and Dembele come in Spurs will improve massively. If that's the only way then do the 8 pt hit. Kightly and more importantly Stoke don't attack enough. 7M can get you plenty of good options. Fellaini or Ramirez at the top.Open ControlsFellaini probably rose, though?
Open Controls
Sorry to post again... how about Guthrie to Maloney? Sorry, JackOffAttack, I think I'm really going to bet on Toure > Valencia. 😆
If I make Guthrie > Maloney, I'll be looking to start and bench the following for GW11.
Begovic
Fonte - Hughes - Baines
Valencia - Mata - Maloney - Cazorla - Pienaar
Van Persie - Defoe
Bench: McCarthy - Fletcher - Clark - DemelOpen Controlshow did sterling play yesterday? fpl wise
Open ControlsI'm a L'pool fan and I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. He looks good on the eye but it ends there for me. He has lots of enthusiasm, great skill, is involved and will be a great player in a year or 2 etc. etc. but right now he just looks like a talented 17 year old.
Open ControlsHe's a quality little player. But like most at the age (especially at Liverpool) his decision making/end product is poor. He'll get better as he goes on, and he'll get decent points..especially for the price, but don't expect too much.
Open Controlsthanks both.. i own him and i'm keepin him.. just wanted to know whether he went off the post, made 2-3 key passes, took shots on goal etc yesterday though 🙂 .. missed the game
Open ControlsPayment's impossible from india i think.. either way i might as w3ell wait for next season to get my membership... doin pretty ok with stats from whoscored.com and i usually try to catch every game.. will just go download motd and see sterling for my self now 🙂
Open Controlsanyway.. thanks.. 3 wayward shots and no key passes.. meh
Open Controls
so are collocini / newcastle going to fight this red card? michael owen said it was 'laughable' and that he 'didn't touch him'...? did anyone see the match? can he get off it? i only just broiught him in!! gutted.!.
Open Controls- Open Controls
Both decent options. Personally I like Maloney - but it will depend on how he rotates with the other players in your team.
Open Controlshe'll be rotating with michu, saylor and lambert for 2 spots. at least for now though i may be shifting lambert and/or michu.....
Open Controls
If Ba does miss out this GW, would it be worth a gamble on Suarez despite him being a caution away from suspension?
Open Controlsa) kolarov > clichy
b) kolarov > rafa & jelly > berba (4pt hit)
c) kolarov > hughes/cameron (double up Stoke) & jelly > tevez (4pt hit)
d) do nothing as i can still play orkss/nelsen if he didn't feature in the next 2 Home games.
thoughts are highly appreciated.Open ControlsD.
I'm not a fan of Kolarov, but Clichy himself is also a rotation risk and getting rid of Jelavic before SUN rdg NOR ARS for Berbatov with ars SUN che sto spells trouble IMO. Gorkss for NOR and Nelsen for SOT are good enough backup to warrant a saving of 4 points.Open ControlsKolarov to Cameron. Keep jelly (SUN rdg NOR) IMO
Open ControlsActually yeah, this. Ditch Kolarov and keep Jelly.

Ba's fecking tweet is just messing with my head..... I really don't know what to do.. Is there any way of finding out if he is training or not, during the course of the week ?
Open ControlsPress Conference on Wednesday pre-Europa.. either way wait till friday for news.. Price rises/falls aint everythin.. got a fixed rule for myself to wait till Friday night every week for transfers and it's worked a charm
Open ControlsThanks
The problem is it affects another transfer I want to do next week.. I will hold out as long as possible and just hope Ba doesn't dropOpen Controls
maybe visit NUFC webpage once in a while...sometimes these sites show team training photos
Open Controlsgood shout.. thanks
Open Controls
Again I would like your opinion on who I should drop for Valencia?
Open ControlsI wouldn't favour Valencia over either of them to be honest.
Open Controlsplus fixtures of Man Uniteds are better than either Spurs and Arsenals
Open ControlsAnd Readings are better than Chelseas, doesn't mean I'm gonna be doing Mata > Jimmy Kebe any time soon.
Cazorla and Bale offer far superior goal threat and similar, if not more, assist potential than Valencia. Unlike Valencia they are both on corners and share FK's and most of all they are the focal point to their teams attack.
If you MUST ditch one, go Cazorla, as Arsenal are shite atm. (Arsenal fan here)Open Controls
Neither.
Open Controls
Good day deadzone(?)
Which defender under 5.1 to replace hangeland with? He is just not worth the extra .4 on Baird/Hughes but might also look at WBrom, Reading or double Stoke. Suggestions?
Team linked
/gOpen Controlsi'm doin hangeland out for wilkinson and doubling up with cameron and him.. prob the best option atm since the newcastle defense is uncertain and in tatters
Open Controls
Cant wait to get rid of Hangeland and Clyne (and Federici at some point).. really hope ba and mata fit so that i can
Open ControlsHangeland has been so disappointing. Are you looking at Baird as the replacement?
Open Controlsno.. cant look past stoke and sunderland's defense imo.. as below i plan on doubling up. They really are set up well for CS's.. the counter argument is that they might setup try to attack now and get some points on the board leaving their defense in disarray
Open Controls
I know how you feel.
I was able to get rid of Hangeland, Ashley Will and Clyne over several weeks. Feels good.Open Controlsif mata and ba fit then hangeland will be gone and never to return on friday night.. next week clyne gets the axe.. atleast clyne gave me a goal once
Open Controls
Jack, yeah, looks like I am coming home with my tail between my legs. The main thing that has changed is that with Man Utd running away with their champions league group, I expect them to rest the strikers in the group games, rather than the premier league.
RVP + high price + Rotation risk + rubbish fixtures = avoid
RVP + high price + less rotation + amazing fixtures = would be stupid to avoid.Open ControlsTBF your reasoning then was fair but I always thought it was a risk. Thankfully for you Suarez has been doing the biz.
Open Controls
Double Stoke and Double Sunderland defense anyone? they really are set up for 1-0's / 0-0's and got great fixtures till January.. I for one am gettin Wilkinson in this week and Cuellar in next givin me
Mignolet
Cuellar Wilkinson CameronOpen Controlsand Gorkks and Demel for cheap back up.. not bad really
Open ControlsBad idea.
If Stoke and Sunderland concede even just one goal in their respective games, you'll have a defense that will give you a maximum of 8 points for the GW.Open Controlsrisk vs reward.. outside of Manu and Man city (and Baines next 3 weeks) Stoke and Sunderland offer the best options till Jan.. no one else really standin out
Open ControlsArsenal.
Open Controlssagna could do well.. but arsenal really all over the place atm.. maybe in 2-3 weeks once they pick up form again.. And yes i'd be playin them every week apart from when Gorrkks/Demel have a very easy home game.. not sure about the Sunderland double up yet but surely goin for the stoke double up
Open ControlsNot sure about "all over the place" we have conceded the least amount of goals in the league and that's with Gibbs and Szcz out.
Open Controlshence why i mentioned maybe in 2-3 weeks.. Cannot see them keepin CS's with Santos and Mannone playin.. if ba/mata are injured i may downgrade one of em to shift some money to defense for sagna
Open Controls
I'd still want defenders from top clubs in the long run.
Mignolet is the only reason Sunderland is keeping goals out. I don't trust their defense.
A Stoke double up is good.Open ControlsStoke tripling up this week... Begovic, Huth, Cameron... 😛
Open Controls
hence why i mentioned Baines, mun and city.. they a bit out of my price range though.. Saylor is good in the short term but who knows who'll start when Colo's back.. simpson a rotation risk now too(else i 'd get him).. leaves just santon who i dont think will be worth 0.5 more than cameron etc
Open Controlswhy not sagna though?
and not sure why everyone thinks saylor is only good for the short term. he did START today and play the full 90. and that was before the colo red card. he was only out because he was injured and then williamson was playing well but saylor was always going to get his starting spot back, it was just a matter of time.Open Controls
I don't see why not, they are cheap and CS are hard to come by, but I wouldn't be playing all 4 each week. I assume you'll be rotating H/A or will you be playing those 4 every week? 😕
Open Controls
Morning guys,
Think I need to sort out having 2 playing keeprs. Problem is I only have 0.5m in the bank.
Do I do Federici -> McCarthy which will also free up some funds?
Fed - Jussi
Fabio - Rangel - Cuellar - Hangeland - Baines
Pienaar - Michu - Cazorla - Sterling - Bale
Ba - Berba - RVPOpen ControlsEveryone, your help please
I’m thinking to do whatever it takes to trade in RvP with pending fixtures but am concerned my mids are now too weak
Do I use my 2 free transfers: Torres & Yaya to RvP & Guthrie?
Jaask Begovic
Vermaelen Rafael Cuellar (McCartney Wisdom)
Bale Hazard Michu Yaya (Sterling)
Tevez Torres Berbatov
The other option is to downgrade Vermaelen/Yaya to Baird/Pienaar & take 4 point hit on Torres > RvP ????Open Controlsjust do whatever but get him in. Torres alone will free up most of the cash and you should have gotten rid of Yaya by now anyway
Open ControlsDefinitely use those two frees to get RVP in. I'm almost tempted to advise you on a threeway involving Baines for Verm but I'd hold off on that one for now.
I'd very strongly advise to buy in a player that plays so I'd rule out Guthrie. Puncheon perhaps?Open Controls
Baines can be a good captain choice against a poor sunderland team.... He will be definite to get 6 points from clean sheet... Anyone thinking of giving him the armband...
Open ControlsYeah I'm tempted, but Sunderland have to score eventually surely?

so whats the best way to get a united forward? leaning towards the last option at the moment but not sure...
a) ba + kolorov > rooney + nelsen
b) ba + kolorov + hba > rvp + nelsen + ramirez
c) ba + bale > rvp + ramirez
d) lambert + hba + kolorov > rooney + sterling + nelsen
e) berb + hba + kolorov > rvp + sterling + nelsen
