Adding fuel to the dilemma -- to play WC or not to play.
I would be able to get 11 players using FT, barring injuries... but that leaves me with straws for the DGW. I have to play the WC.
However, if I save 1 transfer, field 10 players and take a -4 hit, then I can get in Aguero, Zab, Sterling and Collins [along with Suarez, Sturridge, and Mata - already having them] as the DGW players.Open Controls

We have seen repeatedly that whenever they play up top together, Suarez always owns Sturridge in FPL

If Liverpool's DGW31 goes ahead then it's Suarez hands down. Reasons are as follows;
1)On an "off" day Suarez still picks up assists
2) Sturridge is made of glass whilst Suarez can play 3 games in 2 days if he had to. The last thing you want is for Sturridge to pick up a knock 20 mins into the first of two games with your (c) on him. Suarez would play 180 mins guaranteed even if he had a broken legOpen Controls

10 years, 2 months agoIt's getting interesting this DGW business.
Arsenal and Everton still haven't scheduled their potential DGW fixtures. The more they delay, it's looking likely it will be in DGW34 or DGW37.
As it stands, we have the following teams with a DGW31: LIV SUN MCI MUN WHU HUL
If Hull and Sunderland draw their FA Cup games, we could be left with DGWs for only Man City and United, leaving a massive DGW or even a TGW (esp for Sun) later in the season.
So much for GW31 being called the mammoth DGW. We definitely need to focus on GW29 as DGW31 may not be the big one after all.
