Ryan Giggs, Tom Jones, Terry Griffiths, the guy in the Apprentice with the eyebrows. These are the legends that Wales has brought us in recent years but, come the weekend, we might just find that Fantasy football unearths another. Tonight’s final episode of the campaign is a very special one as Jonty crashes the party with a special guest – a Welshman that most of us have been looking up to all season.

We chat to the FPL title challenger in the “Full Jonty” after we discuss the perils of the final day fixtures, check in on a much improved Professor, question the transfer trading in “All Aboard” and preview Sunday’s season farewell.

Thanks to all who have listened in on this nonsense this term – here’s to another campaign in a few months and step closer to catching Last of the Summer wine.

        Mine play year after year, like lambs to the slaughter, giving up after about 10 weeks when their initial di Santo and Zamora picks fail to come off. Would actually prefer for them to be half decent or serious about it, but obviously not enough to beat me ;).

    Mata. Keep or Sell?

    As it would be a hit for me, I'm still unsure what to do.

    Take a hit and sell for either Michu or Cazorla.. Is it worth in your opinion?

    I'm not much confident with Michu. Last week was special and he might be motivated to play at OT in that special event. This week is something normal though.

      Wow thats an expensive defence. It's tough between Baines and Demel (god I never thought I'd say that) but I'd probably side with you on Demel at the moment, WHam have looked decent at the back all season and I can't see Sam letting them ease up.

                  The Chelsea match had draw written all over it.

                  Chelsea don't need to win, a draw confirms them 3rd place, they don't need to end the season with a win after just winning the Europa League.

                  Everton will be happy with a point at Stamford Bridge and won't all out attack because Moyes won't want to lose his last match in charge.

    Do any of you play football then work out your fpl score after it?
    I play 7-a-side with mates once a week..
    One week I had a pretty good game and scored 4.
    I regard myself as a midfielder in these games, so I worked out I got 2 for playing, 20 from goals and 3 baps (of course). No assists though.

    I actually found myself thinking "I was a 44 point captain this week" and then realising fpl takes up too much of my thoughts.

    Anyone else ever done this?

      lol there was a guy at my school who set a fantasy game up based on when we used to play at break and lunchtime! He'd literally sit there with his notebook and note down who scored and who assisted etc Ultra keen 🙂

    My rival made his transfers, and it all adds up to bringing in Sturridge and Coutinho. I knew it!

    He has no Aguero, Michu or Walcott. Does it seem like a smart move to captain one of those? I think he will captain Bale or Sturridge, surely.

      I'd go GJ, but I have no balls for these sort of decisions. Both will end up on 6 or 2 most likely anyway, it'll just be luck if anything different happens, such has been GJ's attacking profligacy this season.

      I wouldn't bother with either of them. There's much better options in that price range and chances are you already have Walcott.

        1 ft was gonna but only .1 in the bank so I was going to drop Tevez to one of them and upgrade Fellaini to Michu??

      Be wary of both.

      giroud has 1/11 away.

      in an away tie, both look bad picks I think.
      especially as neither is safe to start over the other.

        i didn't mind rvp's assists last gw too much, the 2nd one at least was an assist under any system, if not a moral one. was more miffed about his 4 offside goals in 2 matches when EVERYONE captained (so 8 offside goals in 2 matches)
