The Sun Dream Team – Scout League Launched with £1000 Prize

The Sun Dream Team is now open for registration and Fantasy Football Scout are delighted to announce an official league, with The Sun offering a huge £1,000 prize to our winner.

Having had a few weeks to tinker with your starting XI, the serious business starts here. You can register your saved team, put together further lineups and create and enter leagues for the new season.

Select a free team and you can compete for £80,000 in prize money, but if you back yourself by opting for a Premium Package (two teams for £10 or six teams for £25), you’ll have more chances to win and be in the mix to win the full £500,000, whilst also earning the right to compete for the monthly game prizes, which make up £80,000 of the overall prize pot.

Joining and Creating Leagues

You can join or create up to ten leagues with any of your teams and set up your own leagues as you wish. The Sun Dream Team game offers real incentive to get involved – there’s a new Chairman’s prize pool of £10,000 available for those who manage to recruit ten or more managers to their league.

If you’re looking to join an ready-made league, you can challenge the likes of Ian Wright and Terry Venables with Dream Team allowing you to take on an array of celebrity managers.

The Scout League

You should also enroll in the official Fantasy Football Scout League, with Dream Team very kindly offering a £1,000 prize pot to the winner.

Once you register and create your team or teams, simply use the following PIN and password to enter.

League Name: Fantasy Football Scout
Password: ReWOZhn1T1
PIN: 8061654

You’ll find these details on the middle column of the homepage from this point on.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

I think he's a fantastic option maybe even better than Snoddy, goal machine in the under 21s and that was usually from 10 minutes off the bench

Chances of Aguero starting Cardiff game?

Lukaku > Aguero shouts out at me

2 weeks of full training, probable sub appearance against Newcastle, they will want to get him up to match fitness.

Get Dzeko I hear you say, he's the main striker! Yes I think Dzeko is the best option for GW1 and 2 but I can really see Negredo getting his first start V Hull GW3.

Baines excelled because Moyes set it up that way. Baines always overlapped midfielders because the midfielders dragged the opposing defenders inside.

I don't know how Martinez will play with Baines, but it wouldn't surprise me if we see Evra up front more and this could potentially bring a lot of attacking returns although I must admit that Evra's crossing is not as good as Baines.

Will Baines still take set pieces?

I'll edit myself. He hasn't been fantasy good this past season.

He scored 34 points. I know he didn't play a lot, but at 7.5 you have Nani, Young, Mirallas this season.

Plus, Man U currently have nearly 10 midfielders to choose from this year.

Slightly lost on last page... I am thoroughly confused about who will play in Chelsea's defence for the first game. Just read on one site that it would be

Azpi - Ivanovic - Luiz - Cole (does Ivan play CB)

I think the lineup for the season will be (or should be)

    Azpi - Cahill - Luiz - Cole

If Mourinho says that Spanish players are not playing due to the International game then we might have:

    Ivan - Cahill - Luiz - Cole ~or~ Ivan - Terry - Luiz - Cole

If Luiz is injured, or sold this summer, and Azpi doesn't play due to International then maybe:

    Ivan - Cahill - Terry - Cole

Confused? I am! All we can know for sure, is that Cole will play

i believe terry will play at least one game. though i have no facts to back up that belief lol.
safest option seems to be cole, but it's also not outside the realm of possiblilty that betrand plays some roll in one of the first 2 games as united are looming in gameweek 2

so in conclusion....not a clue mate, sorry.

Most people have Mignolet and a cheapo, but McGregor - Marshall should be a good 4.5 - 4.5 GK pairing.

They won't get many clean sheets away but should get plenty of saves and points.

But Boruc is 4.5. You don't want to have 0.5 sitting on the bench every week.

I think both could still get over 100 points throughout the season and they have good rotation.

At Ibrox for #nufc Rangers friendly. Starting line up expected to be Pardew's current position Prem XI. *Apart from Remy though who's not ready.

NUFC (4-2-3-1): Krul; Debuchy, Coloccini (c), S.Taylor, Santon; Tiote, Cabaye; Sissoko, Ben Arfa, Gutierrez; Cissé.

Swap Gutierrez for Remy and this is most likely the team that will start GW1.

Saylor and Mbiwa will rotate throughout the season.

Other than Collins, is anyone seriously considering any other WHU players for their first up team?

Yes, Rat. I wouldn't have picked him over Collins, but my rotation strategy demands that I have two from Wham. Hope it's the right strategy!

Might not be clear; it's a defensive rotation and I have Collins too.

I repeat, is the Sun game only for UK residents?

Or can I compete even though I live in Canadia?

You don't buy the hype then?

I hadn't realised how good West Brom's fixtures were. My worry was that Anelka wouldn't start many, not that he wouldn't score. Still not getting him though

Olsson's off to see a specialist about managing his body this season, so he's unavailable. Not sure Dawson would be ahead of Lugano either.
