        Good idea, would u prefer mutch over bacuna?
        And I personally can't get rid of Silva. He is the heart of man city and unless there's like a srs dip in form would I get rid of him.

      Just due to the hit, if no hit then clearly Yaya.

    And new page and a repost with a few doubts from the previous page carried over

    WC team

    Adrian Mannone
    Baines Coleman Azpilicueta Chester Bardsley
    Hazard Yaya Nolan Sterling Noone
    Suarez Aguero Sturridge
    0.3 in the bank

    Couple of doubts..
    A) Coleman or Kompany?
    B) Is Noone the best option @ 4.6 and below? swapping Nolan for AJ in 2 weeks so it cant be ki/colback
    C) Is it worth starting Sterling this week for mun or should i start Bardsley instead
    D) Any other suggested changes?

    *Bardsley and Mannon are there purely for their future doubles. Will NOT be starting GW 31 as i dont see much potential there. will be starting Adrian and Hazard instead

      A) Coleman for next 3 gws
      B) You won't ever play Noone. Colback is 0.1 cheaper
      C) Sterling

      D)

      Cos you are on Wc. Nolan&Sterling for Johnsson&Gerrard and downgrade Adrian/Baines/Coleman to afford it.

        Thanks mate.. noted. I do like the look of Nolan for the double though. Can see loads of points there. Johnson has some tough games. Gerrard is a great option obviously but not sure he's worth 3 million more than sterling IF sterling gets the minutes

          For me also its between Gerrard and Sterling. Gerrard gets his points mainly from set pieces and penos. Sterling scores from open play and has great stats for 5.8 mid.

          All depends Sterlings game time which might be affected by Lucas/Allen.

          Johnsson has CRY,nor,liv,WH + 2dgws. Liverpool is the only tough one imo.

            Nolan will become AJ GW 32 no matter what though so should i save a future transfer and just get AJ in now instead of Nolan?

            Nolan - stk MUN HUL

      Unfortunately I haven't actually watched much of the mighty Villa the last few weeks so much views aren't up to date. From what I have seen though he has looked dangerous, but his positioning doesn't seem like it can be predicted. Villa are a Jekyll and Hyde team anyway, he'll probably get you points when he's on your bench.

      It depends, team looks good for this weekend. I'm in the same boat HVT. Might do it this week, the players I want in have a nice fixture this week so can't really see why I shouldn't do it. Only concern is injuries etc over the weekend/next week.

          True, but if you WC your team mainly for the double in 31 and say two players get injured, I'd feel the WC would be a bit waste if you need a hit to replace a player or two.

            I think I understand your logic here, if you WC-ed just for single GWs you'd be less pressed for hits (?) The players you get in with a WC before a DGW are "more worth" than for SGW. Yeah, I guess as always it depends on how your team is looking for next GW and who you're getting in. Sunderland Everton City have great fixtures this GW.

      Man City - Villa
      Everton - Crystal Palace

              Alonso, Zabaleta, Distin, Cahill, Chester
              Hazard, Toure, Sterling, Sissoko, Dyer
              Lukaku, Aguero, Suarez

            WC'ing this week GW? I think I am, and those four in shouldn't be too much of a worry with all of them having two doubles coming up. Easy to donwgrade as well (Yaya/Aguero) if injuries, bans etc.

    manone marshall

    chester ward azpi coleman smalling

    inece mata hazard lallana jwp

    jrod sturidge suarez

    A. transferes for this week? just jrod> aguero or maybe ince > nolan as well
    B. im really tempted to dro azpi short term for the double to free some funds. if i do it means having a dgw defence choice between chester colins coleman smalling. choose 3

      In theory there is no real upper limit until you're talking about changing your whole team. If each individual transfer gets you more than 4 points extra then a -44 could be worth it!

      Realistically I reckon -12 sounds about right.

          Hm. You could go for Zaba and then change them after the double, but it'll cost you one transfer. If you don't have any other pressing issues you can set up your WC with the plan of changing them later on.

    So, after this weekend (let's get the home game against Norwich in the bank first), if Nasri gets 90 minutes again this weekend, for the rest of the season, do we agree that:

    Nasri > Lallana?

    Y or N??

      nice.. not worried about Nolan? tbh im havin second thoughts myself. AJ could very well outscore him including the CRY game

        I am a bit but I know I can only have one of Nolan or AJ.... but AJ's fixture is perhaps a bit better this gw and he has another two dgws down the road which saves me a transfer

        which do you prefer:

        zaba + AJ, kolarov + AJ, kos + AJ, or kolarov + nolan?

      Tis quite nice. If you get kolarov instead of zaba and downgrade shaw could you then afford Baines?

            I guess if I downgrade shaw to chester or someone up to 4.1 I could afford baines but i'm not sure it's worth it.....

            if I do zaba > kolarov then I might get nolan over AJ. thoughts?

      Same as what i'm going for with slight alterations of

      Coleman -> Baines
      Demel -> Collins
      Shaw -> Azpilicueta
      Puncheon -> Colback / Bacuna

      So I like it 😉

          Collins and Sterling are the 2 i'm unsure about tbh but I have Collins since £4.1m so I guess that's why he's still there.
          Colback nailed on £4.2m cheapo and 2 dgws in hand even though i'd probably bench in GW31. Bacuna for Villa's game in hand he's been doing decent for his £4.6m price in the new year

          Very similar to my team, I like it. I'm picking Baines over Coleman but they'll probably score pretty much the same, so no major things I'd change!

    Lallana, Mata and J. Rod to AJ, Nolan and Aguero for a -4 anyone? Gives me:

    Mannone, Adrian
    Azpilicueta, Evra, Fonte, Ward, Whittaker
    Yaya, Hazard, Nolan, AJ, Bentaleb
    Suarez, Sturridge, Aguero

        Could do Mata to AJ this week and do the other two for free after the deadline. Dunno, just throwing ideas around really.

      I'm not keen on ditching Lallana for Nolan, though I suppose it depends on whether you could buy him back. West Ham's fixtures are a bit of a turn off and Lallana will be playing out of his skin to nail his spot in Hodgson's first XI.

          If you're really feeling it for Nolan then you'll be kicking yourself if you don't get him and he goes orbital in the DGW.

          But if you're just doing it for the sake of having more DGW players, it's better to look at the longer picture.
