Congrats 🙂 Tough call. Last year I was 147th with a few weeks to go. I could have played safe and settled for top 200 but I took some punts and finished 2600ish but I thought it was worth the risk and would probably do it again

Unfotunately, if you play it safe everyone around you will be doing the same so you won't really close the gap.

At this point you either consolidate your position or gamble. The risk is you fall farther behind. Depends on which type of manager you are, a chancer or a play it safe merchant.

Neither type is necessarily wrong.

I was in your situation last year. I went for the jugular. Gambled. I ended the season at 188 after being 21st at one point.

Would i gamble again? Yes. All or nothing. You won't get to be in this position for a while. Make the most of it.

Markflr, I'm in same boat! Few weeks ago I was 7th. Played it safe last few weeks but had nothing but red! Now 24th. Puncheon has hurt me bad this dgw! So, like you say, play it safe or go for it!! I'm thinking go for it!

I don't know would I gamble on captaincy this week.. but I'd definitely gamble every week after this one.

hi Nomar, whilst I can appreciate your comments i don't think Man City will be any less motivated than Arsenal and with Aguero's long lay off I'm sure he will want to try and reproduce some of his magic. I got him in last week and questioned whether it was a bit early, but he got me an assist already 🙂

i sold sterling last week purely for extra money......regretting it now as with sturridge out hel be pushed further on......having said that i really dont think hes a natural finisher (despite nice goal last gw).......if ur looking for a cheap option hes by far the best in that price bracket......but not as much points potential as ramsey imo
