Fantasy Football Scout Sign Fenley & Bowers

Fantasy Football Scout are delighted to announce that last season’s winners of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) and Ultimate Fantasy Premier League (UFPL) – Tom Fenley and Alex Bowers (gavigan) – will be joining our ranks of contributors for the 2014/15 campaign.

Tom and Alex will be writing exclusively for Fantasy Football Scout, providing input to a number of articles over the pre-season to help guide your FPL and UFPL strategies. We’ve also got a few new ideas for regulars next season, with the pair hopefully chipping in with their knowledge and experience along the way.

Things are set to kick off this week, with Tom bringing us a two-part guide to using the Members Area, while Alex’s Ultimate Fantasy Premier League strategy guide is also scheduled for an airing.

      Southampton should be keeping Wanyama & Schneiderlin. They've replaced Lallana and Lambert, with replacements for Lovren/Shaw/Chambers presumably on the way. Not worried.

      Okay, well as far as I saw Tiote scored the most of the 4.5s, so is it not easier to take the highest score from the lowest position?
      
      Also, you're using the predicted scores for this season yes?

        It may have been someone else.
        
        The principle is that you take the price of the lowest nailed on option and the lowest score of a nailed on option in each position. Takes a few minutes to trawl and satisfy yourself who it is but theme the rules. Tiote is probably high because he was nailed on, many (most) 4.5 players aren't.
        
        If I remember I'll post my base figures tomorrow (although the outcomes are stuffed with member data due to using the projections so I can't post those I'm afraid)

        I used 4.0 (had it set before prices were released) may have to revisit that in light of the expected line ups though. I'll be rerunning it once the projections inevitably get tweaked too.
