FFS UEFA Hockey World Cup – The Friendlies

This international break marked the launch of FFS UEFA’s latest team game, the FFS Hockey World Cup 2014. All the 12 teams have completed their recruitment and they are now ready to rumble. You can check out the player composition on the Squads Page.

What Next?

GW4 beckons. And with that – friendlies are here. Each team has challenged/been challenged to a friendly, which will allow teams to warm up their players and the management to test out their selection policy. The six fixtures are as below:

Belgium vs New Zealand

Netherlands vs Australia

England vs South Africa

Malaysia vs South Korea

Germany vs Spain

India vs Argentina

Lineup Submission

All managers are requested to email me their four substitutes and their FPL IDs before the deadline of Friday, 12 Sep, 2359 BST. In case he or she fails to do so, the autosubs will be the last four players on the Squads Page.

Managers may also be likely to post any pressers on this article here. So be on the watch for latest team news, especially from your enemies.

      Civic integration is intended for foreigners aged 18 and more who come to Flanders or Brussels to reside there for a long period. The target group of the civic integration policy also includes Belgians who were not born in Belgium and at least one of whose parents was not born in Belgium.
      
      All persons integrating have a right to a civic integration programme. Moreover, certain categories are obliged to take a civic integration programme. These categories are:
      
      persons who recently emigrated to Belgium and have taken up residence in Flanders;
      
      ministers of religion in a local church or religious community, recognised by the Flemish authorities.
      
      The civic integration obligation does not apply in Brussels. Citizens of a European Union Member State, the European Economic Area and Switzerland and their family members are exempt from the obligation. This exemption does not apply to family members of Belgians or to persons integrating holding the Belgian nationality who have recently taken up residence in Flanders.
      
      Persons integrating who have a civic integration obligation and fail to comply with this obligation, as well as persons integrating who are entitled to integrate and fail to comply with the terms of their civic integration contract, can be subject to an administrative fine.   In Belgium, we don't rush things or panic. We have a beer, consider, have another beer and then reconsider. Then we have a beer and Mull things over and make refinements. We may indulge in sex with our various partners if it pleases us, have another beer (or 10), and only then do we submit our starting 11.
