The Weekend Team News

Dele Alli is suspended for Tottenham’s final three league matches. Philippe Coutinho is doubtful for Liverpool’s trip to the Liberty due to illness, Everton’s defence is hit hard by injury and suspension for Bournemouth’s visit, whilst Santi Cazorla is back in the frame as Arsenal entertain Norwich at the Emirates.

Dele Alli will miss the rest of the season after he was handed a three-match ban by the FA for his altercation with West Brom’s Claudio Yacob on Monday evening.

Mamadou Sakho has been handed an initial 30-day suspension by UEFA whilst they begin to investigate the Liverpool defender’s failed drug test. The Reds are sweating on the fitness of Philippe Coutinho for Sunday’s trip to Swansea after he was forced off due to illness in last night’s Europa League loss at Villarreal.

Wilfried Zaha is rated as “50-50” for Palace’s trip to Newcastle due to a hamstring injury.

Everton are without injured trio Phil Jagielka, Seamus Coleman and Gareth Barry for the visit of Bournemouth. Ramiro Funes Mori serves the second of a three-match ban for the Toffees, whilst Roberto Martinez has revealed that teenage attacker Kieran Dowell could be handed a first-team opportunity after scoring a hat-trick for the reserves on Monday night.

Ciaran Clark is back in training ahead of Villa’s clash with Watford tomorrow. The defender will be included in the squad if he comes through training without any problems today, Erik Black confirmed. Kieran Richardson remains sidelined with a calf injury, whilst Gabby Agbonlahor has had his club suspension lifted and will be available for selection from next Monday.

Sunderland have a fully-fit squad for their visit to Stoke after Jeremain Lens recovered from the illness that ruled him out of last week’s goalless draw against Arsenal.

Slaven Bilic confirmed that West Ham have a clean bill of health for their trip to the Hawthorns.

Santi Cazorla is available for Arsenal’s home match with Norwich and “might be involved” after an extended period on the sidelines. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is back in first-team training but remains a major doubt.

Swansea are without Alberto Paloschi and Leroy Fer for the visit of Liverpool. The duo have been sidelined with hamstring problems amid reports that they may not play again this season.

Etienne Capoue is unlikely to play again this season after being forced off in Watford’s FA Cup semi-final defeat to Palace with a knee injury. Quique Sanchez Flores has revealed that Odion Ighalo rejected the chance to fly back to Nigerian following the death of his father and is will be available for selection.

Adam Smith and Harry Arter remain sidelined for Bournemouth’s trip to Goodison, Eddie Howe confirmed earlier this morning. The Cherries boss also revealed that Max Gradel is “improving slightly” and is hopeful the winger will step up his fitness after missing out last weekend with a leg problem.

Tony Pulis is hopeful that Ben Foster will return to training today after missing Monday’s draw at Spurs with an ankle problem. Saido Berahino is back in training after missing out with a similar complaint, though Pulis will make a late decision on his availability. The Baggies boss went on to reveal he hopes to hand some minutes to youngsters such as Jonathan Leko, and Tyler Roberts before the season is over.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

prioritise - get Alli and Sakho out - Townsend and PvA look great options.

Then you have a strong team if/when rotation kicks in!

Alli has to go first, to Lanzini or Antonio maybe? So you can play 3-5-2. The next one is Sakho to a dgw player next week.

I have activate wildcard this week, it's hard for three dgw37 strikers from the below:

    i) Caroll - should be the best but rotation risk? Valencia and Sakho...
ii) Ighalo/Deeney - tasty gw36 Home playing Villa
    iii) Costa - a punt?
iv) Lukaku - disappointing dgw33 and 34, but Home playing Bournesmouth gw36
    v) Defoe - two Home games but it's Sunderland...

I am planning for Payet, Faregas, Crewell, Pva. So what's the thought for the strikers?

Maybe, but I ask my self
1 would I triple captain the player in a sgw
2 how many extra minutes will I likely get in the DGW
3 who are the extra minutes against
Then I compare with Sanchez at home to Norwich or Villa ...
After all of that I may punt on Carroll

I can't have Lukaku again after the last time and I would save TC Snchez for the last week but am worried I will be out of my cash head to head league if I don't do something big this week

    So here's my WC Team:

    Gomes (Darlow)
    Kos / Bellerin / Smalling (PVA / 3.7m)
Sanchez / Firmino / Payet / Mahrez (Lanzini)
    Aguero / Kane / Ighalo

    0.3m ITB
I am planning Kos > Cresswell for DGW

Only have a 9 point lead in mini league, so don't want any real punts. No jokers remaining.

    Questions:
    1. Stick with Gomes or go with Mignolet? 2nd place in my mini league has Mignolet!
    2. Firmino game time for remaining 3 weeks?
    3. Aguero/Kane - tempted to keep as 2nd place have them.
