Dugout Discussion – West Ham vs Huddersfield

The Gameweek concludes at the London Stadium where West Ham are treated to their first home game of the campaign against Huddersfield Town.

At the start of the season, this appeared to be a fixture which would have seen us back the Hammers’ assets for returns. Three games in and the outlook is very different.

The Terriers turn up undefeated and with no goals conceded. That form has seen the likes of goalkeeper Jonas Lossl and defender Zanka pick up 8.4% and 10.4% ownership respectively. Meanwhile, playmaker Aaron Mooy is backed by 12.9% having produced a goal and an assist to this point.

But West Ham have the best-supported player on show tonight.

Chicharito is part of 1.4 million squads and is backed by 159,000+ (3.3%) with the captaincy.

Significantly, he’ll be supported by Andy Carroll in the West Ham attack, in what appears to be a 3-5-2 set-up deployed by the under pressure Slaven Bilic.

Joe Hart is the next best owned West Ham asset in action, although 71% of his 500,000 owners have chosen to bench him ahead of tonight’s clash.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

        Two changes i would do are playing Elliot and benching RLC ahead of Carroll. RLC should start the next one and Palace must score sometime. Plus Trippier is not a sure starter anymore. No hit needed

        I'd have Firmino ahead of Morata.

        Hegazi will shirley be under threat now and save some cash with Foster instead of DDG.

        There are a lot of potential flash in the pan players.

        I would downgrade Lukaku to Firmino and upgrade the midfield. I also definitely wouldn't have Hegazi on a wildcard.

        Haha cheers guys. I had Erikson but had to reluctantly get rid of him to squeeze in Kane and Morata. Who would you upgrade out of Chuopo or Gross? Both are OOP cheap differentials owned by 2% and 1.7% respectively.
