A third of the season is almost done, and Burnley’s defence is riding high as a source of Fantasy returns.

After a surprising debut campaign in which a recurring series of defensive heroics – particularly at Turf Moor – saw the Clarets survive in 16th place, their sophomore season has been altogether more impressive.

Sean Dyche’s side sit in seventh place – tied on points with both Liverpool and Arsenal –a nd have conceded fewer goals than all but the top three of Manchester City, Manchester United and Spurs.

Can their defence continue to perform at such a high level throughout the campaign? And who among their array of options looks best placed to prosper from this upturn in solidity?

            Yes it was the Bournemouth game where he seemed to sulk a bit. However that was some time ago when he wasn't taking what Pep said on board quite so much, that dynamic seems to have changed. Yes he may not start due to the high jinks in the week, but when he is fit I personally think he is first choice for every game.

      Fixtures does not mean Foster will keep a clean sheet as we have seen before.

      A straight swap to Pope will get almost double the points in comlarison to Foster same period imo. Elliot is good though.
