As always, we cast our eye over the statistics across the previous round of matches to highlight some of the stand-out performers. Chelsea’s change of formation bodes well for their midfield veteran, United’s former Toffee provides chances aplenty, Villa’s misfiring frontman still has reason for optimism, while Liverpool’s young full-back delivers a tenacious display in the Merseyside derby:

- Benteke stats
- Benteke owners -
Since joining Villa last year, he has scored 34 goals in all competitions for us. I looked at the common factors in all of his goals and was pretty amazed to see just how reliant he has been on both Weiman and Agbonlahor to aid his cause. We all suspected it, but this is what I found:
In the 28 games in which Agbonlahor, Weiman and Benteke have all STARTED together - he's scored 27 goals.
In the 25 games in which they haven't (through one of them having an injury, coming on as a later sub, etc) - he's scored 7 goals.
Yes, he hasn't looked the same since returning from injury and certainly looked anonymous last night. But it is worth noting that since returning from his injury 5 games ago, only ONCE has he started with Weiman and Agbonlahor. The other 4 games he's been playing without one or the other.
Last night Agbonlahor and Weiman returned from injury to devestating effect, helping us come from two goals down to draw the game. In 30 minutes! When these guys are together they are a real force.
They will all start together on Saturday.
Sunderland at home is up next. Benteke scored a hattrick against them last season. Yes, all three players started that game too...
(for those owners who missed this earlier today)Open ControlsI kind if assumed this but those stats are crazy
Agbonlahor for EnglandOpen ControlsHope this comes true, Tekkers is on last chance saloon
Open ControlsDeserved a sticky then, so have a delayed on now 😉
Open ControlsJust hope it helps ease the pain for his poor owners 🙂

Hi guys! Need a £4,5 budget keeper to replace Westwood. Got Boruc also, but dont wanna play him against Chelsea at home. So who should I get? Myhill good pick or is Foster back soon?
Or should I just keep Westwood and hope he plays? He`s got knock and mannone played last 2 matches.. Doesnt look good for himOpen ControlsWalcott was his usual self in his 20ish minutes tonight. Few touches, but provided a (fast) pass receiver to the team that we lacked for long periods of the game apart from Wilshere whose goal threat has definitely stepped up this season (consciously - he just said in the post match interview that he targeted 10 this season).
The good news is that as expected, he's making runs into space, mainly into the channels where he was fed long passes by Sagna and Ramsey (playing in the hole once Ozil went off), but also through the middle where he was set up for a one on one opportunity. He also sent in a good cross from the right and we shouldn't forget these will help Giroud. Think of the winner against Spurs.
The bad but again expected news is that he definitely lacked match sharpness. His reactions and decision making were just a little too slow tonight and contributed to him not shaping himself properly for the goalscoring chance which he sent wide.
Having been burnt by many midfielders this season whom I bought based on stats and position as opposed to finishing ability (Mirallas, Coutinho, and Walcott before his injury) I'm cautious about getting him in before he proves he's back to goalscoring sharpness.Open ControlsHe has at least another week before I get, I was disappointed to see him not start but I guess not surprised.
I would like to have him for the weekend but buying him for Rambo is too much of a riskOpen ControlsYeah I was actually considering that same transfer but would have required a really sharp display from Wally tonight. Probably wait a week too myself.
The Ramsey question was the other one I was pondering, while the goals have finally stopped for the last 3 games, he's had a great goalscoring chance in the last two and his creation was good tonight, there's definitely assists there. Less concerned about him now.Open ControlsI only bought him to stop him scoring and so far it's working.
Hopefully I can save my FT this week to allow extra flexibility when deciding who to bring Wally in forOpen Controls
I'm going to ignore the third paragraph but I like the rest
Open ControlsThis is how FPL logic works!
Ignore the bits you don't like then convince everyone else to do the same as you 😉Open Controls
From looking at The Big Numbers..That 45 minute showing from Brady 😯 I'm going to have to look at upgrading someone like Ozil to him

Thoughts on this team?
Migs, Davies
Coleman, Terrym Evans, Burner, Chester
Ravel, Coutinho, Hazard, Ozil, Ramsey
Lukaku, Suarez, Aguero
£0.0m in the bank
What improvements would you make?Open ControlsGood bad
Good/meh good good meh meh(I?)
Good meh good meh(purely value POV, good for next 2) good
Good good good
Nice team thereOpen ControlsI didn't create it (thank chocolate thunder). I deem it prudent to point out that you don't have a single 'bad' (assuming Chester returns) which is rare- good bench options.
Open ControlsApart from Davies, which may hurt a bit if Pool game get cancelled over the Xmas break.

rues (c) got me 20 points, should I stick or twist to Ibra?
Open ControlsNeed to ship Reid this week.
A. Skrtel
B. Azpilicueta
C. Koscielny
Obviously C is the only nailed on option but fixtures get tough after a couple weeksOpen ControlsThere are also more budgets friendly options such as vlaar, demel and debuchy.
Open Controls
Whats the news on Ronaldo. Will he play tomorrow?
Open ControlsNot at all surprised that The Big Numbers has Brunt doing so well. Explosion imminent?
Open ControlsThe stats certainly suggest so. More shots than Suarez lately

Ok revised plan
Tekkers in for next 3 games
Then luk in for his great run of fixtures from gw16

Wow, those Brady stats... puts Ozil's to shame... 😯
Open ControlsBest option this week?
A. Chester ->> Gabbidon
B. Townsend ->> 6.0??
C. Clyne ->> 4.5 def??
D. Ozil ->> OscarOpen ControlsSo how were ozil and ramsey today?
Open ControlsRamsey was amazing. Won a pen, almost scored (great save), great through balls.
Ozil had spells of brilliance, spells of poor play, missed a penalty (bad pen saved) and got an assistOpen Controls
Toure to Kosc or Azpi?????
Can I wait or Toure will drop tonight, I have 5.3 exactly????Open ControlsPick 3:
Benteke Suarez Rooney Lukaku Kun Remy Torres Long GiroudOpen ControlsSuarez kun remy
Open ControlsTorres + 2 others.
Open Controlsim currently on Suarez Kun Lukaku, I think that's the best combo.
Open ControlsIt must surely be up there. Rooney is such a strong option though, and as is Benteke now the three musketeers are reunited (WeiGabbyTek)

"I thought I should play the same team as West Ham, as we played so well. But we lacked match sharpness. So maybe I was wrong. I should have made more changes."
