Im keeping both Mata and Theo myself, brought in Enrique for Cameron and will do Aguero -> someone if they dont get a game and play 5-3-2. Do Demel -> someone? Wilson, perhaps?
Theo is baggage for the rest of the season. Not sure if Stoke will be a good option they have Newc Eve and Utd in 3 of next 5 games.... Davies at Swansea worth looking at

I'm definitely doing Papiss to Rooney for GW30. Suarez-Rooney-Kun going forward. I think Shrek offers more value.

Rooney or RVP depends on whether Utd go out of CL. Madrid win = go with RVP, imo.

Benteke/N'zogbia have two tasty fixtures imo but generally you are correct.
I would also argue that Newcastle (STO, wig) is tasty enough.
And Liverpool (TOT, sot) isn't bad for a punt on Gerrard/Sturridge or even Coutinho!
To be fair I have triple Liverpool and Sissoko. I dont want Cisse as it would require getting rid of Rooney who has a monster GW30
