The Rate My Team Discussion

With so many of you seeking advice on their teams before August 16, we thought it would be prudent to run a daily community article to provide a dedicated focus for “Rate My Team” (RMT) requests.

Each day ahead of the new season, we’ll select one of the Fantasy Football Scout team and post up their own RMT request to open up discussion and encourage others to post their own. We’ll turn the comments over to you to provide a useful place for those seeking advice and highlight some of the key decisions under deliberation.

Please nudge those posting RMTs in other articles to visit this daily RMT article. Also, when posting requests, please remember to be courteous to those who take the time to help out. Equally, if you’re an experienced Fantasy manager with some views on initial line-ups, take time out to dip in and contribute – the Fantasy Football Scout team will be doing their upmost to offer their feedback as the discussion develops throughout the day.

Anyone got any idea on which Stoke defenders will start this week?

Really want one in for the first few gameweeks but only Shawcross is nailed on and he's pricey at 5.5.

    Think I'm going to get Chambers in for one week then sub him out for a 4.5 Stoke defender next week. Don't want to take the gamble, but from reading messageboards it looks like the most likely 4.5 Stoke defender this week is Wilson

  I don't think there are any 4.0 GK's guaranteed to start.

While most are going for bojan (as a sub im guessing?) and a mid range midfielder i prefer the option of jovetic (who can be class and at 8.0 a steal) and a 4.5 mid like marney.. any thoughts on this?
