Dugout Discussion

The Dugout Discussion – Saturday

Saturday continues with a quartet of matches, featuring Arsenal and an array of budget and mid-price Fantasy talent.

The Gunners trip to a resolute Aston Villa will likely be the headline act on show: Arsene Wenger’s men will look to recover from the midweek Champions League defeat to Dortmund against Paul Lambert’s resurgent midlands outfit. Alongside that, we’ve an enthralling encounter at the Liberty Stadium as Swansea and Southampton prepare to press and weave patterns around the South Wales pitch.

Elsewhere, Alan Pardew will look to extend his stay of execution at Newcastle via a winnable home clash with Hull City, while Burnley go in search of their first three points back in the top flight as Gus Poyet’s erratic Sunderland unit pull up to Turf Moor.

We may well be discussing some very meagre Fantasy points tallies by 4.50, as we prepare to make our way to East London to check in on West Ham’s progress, as they host Brendan Rodgers’ title pretenders, Liverpool.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

I took Ramsey out during my WC last week, opting for Welbeck up front, and DiMaria in place of Ramsey. A strangely rare good decision on my part.

One could argue that Arsenal likely to score as many goals as Chelsea next week, and usually Ramsey is more involved than Fabregas?

I'm by no means saying I need to get rid of Ramsey, I think he'll continue to score well. Just getting a few opinions. Cesc looks to be magical this season though, and Chelsea look like they're capable of scoring 3/4/5 goals weekly.
Think Arsenal vs Spurs will be pretty tight with Vert and Fazio at CB hopefully.

Naismith probably. Lower potential/potential to lose ground as Costa is massively owned. I've got to leave one of Costa, Aguero and Adebayor on mine. Naismith didn't even make my bench.

Everything is down Southampton's left, but on all of Southamptons opportunity's (there weren't many) he would have had the pass before the assist with Bertrand getting the assist. Hopefully he can get in the box more 2nd half.
