I think it was that initial price point. If he was 9m to start with it would have been a different story.You have become ensnared by your own reasoning and logic which no doubt has some merit when you break things down. All FPL players suffer for it, look how many are avoiding Giroud right now despite his incredible form. Yaya last year is another example, too expensive, too deep, over performed his stats and simply too hard to bring in.

2. Aguero/Kane/Giroud. Plan was Giroud to Costa but that just feels wrong with his (Girouds) form

I think if you have that front line its better to stick for another week. I think Sanchez is really the only player you can move, Eriksen possibly but you could easily keep for another week.

Aguero is the one I'd be selling if I were to bring Costa in. No way I can sell Giroud in his current form. Either way I'd be waiting to see if he's fit first before even thinking about brining him in.

Yeah I tend to agree. Aguero out shouldn't be done hastily, his stats are still good and he still has the fixtures. Most teams should have bigger problems.

So we have three transfers(unless we've saved one) before the blank. What's the strategy? Personally I'll be removing all Arsenal but Giroud to field a full eleven playing 352 or 433. Will have two Chelsea and will bring in the third the week of the DGW.
Yeah Aguero Moses, Ozil and Bellerin are all on the chopping block for me. Now its about priorities and working out who and in what order to do it all in.

I told you my plans already Mupps but just to reiterate it to the forum. Ditching Zouma for Toby to free up a Chelsea spot. Ditching Hutton for Naughton for GW33 player. Then 2 FT GW33 ditching Sanchez and Giroud for Costa and Mane or a decent mid. Then get Giroud in for Aguero later and Sanchez back in for Eriksen for the DGW37.

Tempted by Sanchez -> Fabregas. Assist today and plays 33 and 34 double. I know he's too expensive for his current output but can't see many other good options.
I'd keep Sanchez, if that's the case. I can't see any decent options, either, which is why I'll hold - maybe to my detriment.
Sanchez is still more likely to pick up better scores than Fabregas imo.
