Kane. Absolutely guaranteed a start (pre match injury etc. aside). Great record vs. Stoke(6 in 4). During this 'Wembley course' he's bagged 5 goals in leading Spurs to wins over Dortmund, Real & Liverpool. Penalties. Stoke have conceded 13 in their past 5 away games and just from memory alone always seem to roll over away from home
Going Kane myself. After West Ham did ok v city it may not be a rout v Chelsea + Haz away from home... Haz could easily brace again though while Kane blanks.

Bailly when fit, Valencia. Too much value in mids to be wasting a spot on fodder
Has to be De Gea if you want 100% nailed United defence I think. I guess Bailly is the most likely one when fit but he hasn't been fit that often.
As for your second remark - I could be in the minority here but I wouldn't consider anyone in that price range for anything other than my bench.
Tough fixtures after this GW for Bournemouth in the next three though. Long-term might turn out to be the better pick, but costs 0.2m over RLC though and you don't want to be spending more than you have to on 5th midfielders that you might bench a lot.
