How Richarlison has adapted to centre-forward role at Everton

Richarlison (£6.9m) has made a mockery of recent suggestions that he cannot play as a centre-forward for Everton.

Two weeks ago we compared his first two performances in that position against his displays as a left attacking midfielder and discovered some discouraging results.

However, it appears both Richarlison and his manager Marco Silva were spurred on by the criticism. They stuck to their guns and persisted with the new role, and in the last two Gameweeks the Brazilian has registered two goals and an assist, averaging 10 points per game.

      If I had him I would downgrade to Murphy and invest in another big hitter. Murphy still has good fixtures and could prove to be excellent value

    How are Maddy owners responding to this injury news? I assume this has been discussed but I've only just heard about it.

    I was giving him one more game to prove himself given the fixture, and benching Richarlison this week.
    Was also glad to bank a transfer for the IB.

    With only 0.3 ITB, the only one-transfer option that appeals to me right now is (a very punty, fixture-based) Shaqiri.

    The other paths I see are
    A) Keep, play Rich, have 2 FTs in IB
    B) Sell to a cheaper player to fund future moves (locking in 433 formation)

    What has been the mood on the issue so far? What are everyone's plans?
